  Recently one of my clients called to enquire about an escorted tour in Australia. Our office had just received a visit from Steve Bickerdale and I followed up with a call to your reservations department. I had the good fortune to connect with Megan Burry who assembled an outstanding tour package for my clients. The process was smooth and seamless from start to finish and Anderson Vacations are my new "GO-TO" Australia supplier for my future booking. Great service !!!

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I wanted to book a multi-city tour with them, it took 2 weeks to get an email response from Andersons for a tentative itinerary. My reply to that email was never answered. Perhaps things get lost in cyberspace.. Being patient I called to try and book the trip with an agent. I stressed to the agent on the phone that I was really interested and wanted to book the trip. She said she needed to verify hotel availability and would get back to me shortly. That was 10 days ago and still no reply. Needless to say I went ahead and booked the entire trip myself. Please stay away from Anderson travel, they have no idea what good customer service is.
