Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful! They're all so friendly and clearly love animals.
It's a nice, small clinic that has calming music for your pet, a separate space to keep kitties calm in the waiting room, and a water cooler for you to use while you wait. They're also using aromatherapy! (They have a sign up to let them know if you're allergic/sensitive so they can stop it ahead of your appointment). The exam rooms are nice and warm. They perform surgeries on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to change) and don't do overnight care.
I brought my 9-year-old puppy in for a check-up yesterday as I was concerned about an abnormal growth. Amazingly, they were able to get him in for surgery today! (Thank you to whomever canceled their appointment!) Dr. Jeff was very thorough with explaining the procedure, and all the support staff - literally everyone - was extremely patient with answering any questions that I had. More important than any of this, though, is that the technologists, assistants, and doctor were all very gentle with my puppy and really took the time to get to know him and his needs.
The surgery went well and everything ran smoothly when I picked him up. They sent me home with a lot of written information/resources to make sure that I was confident and equipped to continue his care at home. Included in the homecare package was a letter written from his perspective about what happened today after I dropped him off which made me feel oddly comforted. They even personalized his homecare bag!
I'm glad to report that my puppy is resting peacefully at home and has given absolutely no indication that he was mistreated in any way. If you're looking for a good vet office, you've found it!

This team is absolutely incredible. They have treated our dog Maui like a member of their family with so much love! He is even the background on their computer and all the technicians make sure to stop by for snuggles in the appointment!

Today was Toast’s first visit to Dr. Gabby (love that she refers to herself as “Auntie Gabby”) and it blew my expectations out of the water!
Toast is a nervous cat and new to our family so I was a bit hesitant at first with how he’d do. Their “fear free environment” was 100% accurate. This is the best Toast has ever been with new people, and he had a great first experience with Chestermere Vet Clinic.

Can't sing the praises of Dr. Gaby and staff enough!! My 11 year dog experienced a significant trauma and they were there for us immediately! The care in early days and follow up have been second to none!

The way my dog was treated showed true compassion for his well being and not just another number on a page. Additionally, they provided cost options and didn’t make me feel guilty for choosing to not move forward with certain work. I would like to sincerely thank all the vets and assistants for treating both myself and my dog with the upmost care and attention prior and post surgery. You guys rock!

All the staff here are fantastic to deal with. The vets and their technicians are great at making my dog feel safe and comfortable and their check ups are thorough. They take the time to answer any questions I have and they provide me with useful advice. Great jobs guys, keep up the amazing work

From the moment I approached the front desk I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and professional staff eager to help and please. I was visiting Chestermere from North Bay, Ontario and my dog needed a rabies shot. The vet who looked after Chloe (my dog) was wonderful offering some really great information and advice. Even though I have had many dogs over the years I came away with added knowledge. Thank you to everyone, you truly are the very best.

Consistently friendly staff and service. I order food for my pets from here and always get a carry out offer, sometimes my back is out and I greatly appreciate this gesture of kindness and the overall engagement of the current staff, it keeps me coming back.

I brought my dog in there for a bite from some sort of animal that bit him.. Thinking that they gave us antibiotics for his bite.. 2 weeks later we come back the bite opened up with a hortibal infection.. It turned out they treated him for direaha for his stomach that he did not have..I brought him in 3 times.. I spent 700 im total or more on him for nothing.. AMD the infection just kept getting worse! I ended up bringing him to north vet hospital.. I told them they didn't treat him.. They were shocked to hear that So the doctor said it would be another 900 I had to give him up to the human society couldn't afford it At the end they want to say its not there fault!! Horribal doctors. Dont bring your dog there if u want to keep him😭.

Had a medical emergency with my dog and everyone there was amazing. The empathy we received from the staff was truly heart warming and the care my girl received was outstanding. Have now made a permanent switch to this clinic.

Dr Gabby has taken amazing care of my black lab who suffers from osteoarthritis . They are amazing, understanding, caring and sympathetic. They also understand we have to work within a budget which is much appreciated.
