I can't say enough about this place.. the staff was courteous professional and even the manager went out of his way to make sure we had the best service. We took our meal to go and it was properly packaged the temperature was great as if we had ordered from the table everything was hot and cooked well. The food tastes really good. I went back inside to go to the restroom to find at the ladies restroom not only had a fireplace going and the restroom was very warm but comfortable even had couch to just sit and Lounge for a little bit. The restrooms were extremely clean and I love the fact that in order to flush the toilet you just stepped on the button that was on the floor, you didn't have to touch anything. If you're a germaphobe this is a perfect place for you. Great nightlife a definite after-hours spot

A real disappointment. Normally I try to avoid going to Cactus club- over priced, drunk hostesses or servers, terrible customer service, and the list goes on. This location is by far the most ridiculous. The server that assisted us tonight was incredibly loud and obnoxious. She looked like she was on something or drunk. My meal kept getting interrupted by her popping out of no where, screaming if everything was ok. By third time, I choked on my food. Towards the end of the night, she was no where to be seen. My meter was running out, I wanted to get out of there asap, but getting her attention was extremely difficult. By the time I finished paying, my car already got a ticket from Cactus club parking. I was 4 minutes late. If a customer is dining at your restaurant, will you at least give the person extra couple of minutes? For gods sakes, I spent 60 dollars at the restaurant, and they want us to pay 65 dollars in parking ticket? Is this a joke? For being 4 minutes late because our server was in the bathroom doing god knows what for 15 minutes while we are waiting to pay? Disappointment Cactus. Never again.

OMG!!! Never have I Ever been so disappointed with the service at Cactus. We went out for my friends bridal shower. The lady in the front said that they put gratuity for group of 10 and over. We were only 9 people but we were going to have 2 other people join us. However they didn’t end up making it. We didn’t care about the added tip. Also we went in the middle of the day, when they weren’t even busy. The lady messed up on two drinks. One of the girls ordered a burger with hair in it. They did take it of the bill. The only thing that pissed me if was the attitude from the server and the manager working there was so bad. We waited 25min to get our bill, having told them to rush our bill. When we payed our bill with 18% added on the bill. I told the manager that i was not at all impressed with the service. She completely ignored me. I asked for her general manager and she said i can grab the card on my way out. They didn’t just give us bad service but instead ruined our day. I will not be going back or suggesting anyone to go there.

Food is consistently good and because this is their test kitchen they get new menu items which are fun to try. But I recommend avoiding the tap water. It almost always tastes like ammonia. I would say 2/3 times the water is an issue. It must be a cleaning agent they use for their dish washing, or perhaps the water here is naturally odd tasting. Personally I say stick to the Bellinis at this location.

The staff at this location are an amazing group of people. Friendly efficient and hard working. Jenn Ly, the bartender, is always welcoming , fun and cheerful whenever I visit. Very much worth a visit or three! Best wings in town!

This is just what you would expect any Cactus Club to be like no, not a bludgeoning instrument made from cacti. Your typical west coast upper-mid-level eatery; dimly lit, minimal in decor & style, staff required to be desirable, hearty multicuisine restaurant by day, sports pub when the dinner rush dies, except on weekends, when it takes on a more nightclub-y attitude. Food is quite good, service is always good also. This location is solid, it's the fall-back for when we're too hungry for adventure.

I ordered the chicken tacos which come out three to a plate. They were fine, nothing exceptional which they should have been for a final cost of about $18. For the amount and quality of food it's not worth the cost. They did have good service, however.

Relatively large location, easy to get a table on busy weekend nights. Typical Cactus Club service!! Friendly staff and good selection of drinks, food and dessert. Fairly cheap parking available in the rear + street parking

Cactus club is a chain restaurant and the quality is pretty standard across all the locations. Cactus club is a bit more expensive than most restaurants. My favourite dish is the butternut squash ravioli with prawns!

Always great service, quick seating. Awesome prices for quality of food. Samples of new items not at other locations yet. Illegitimate patrons seem swiftly escorted away by cops. Seems a great safe location to dine.
