While the prices are high, the food and service was excellent. The staff were great and the server I had was fantastic. The food is high quality and I'm sure anyone who goes here will have a wonderful experience.

I certainly can't say that Blink is a "top 10 Calgary dining experience" as suggested by some reviewers. I recently visited the establishment with my spouse for our 35th anniversary. The atmosphere was attractive, but I found the meal and staff quite average, especially given the high prices. We both walked away thinking that we'd been let down on our special occasion; we'd expected much more. I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere next time.

The food and service were excellent. The server knew his wine making our wine choices fun throughout the evening. The pricing isn't cheap by any stretch, yet the quality was there, making the prices more palatable. We were with another couple and both parties had a wonderful time.

One of my worst restaurant experiences overall. Very standoffish and snobby waiter. Wine was very overpriced, triple from the winery/liquor store. Food was boring to say the least, had the chicken ballotine and all it tasted like was salt and fat. To pay $40 for a meal that tasted like nothing was extremely disappointing. Surprised this restaurant is still around.

Superb, local food prepared with excellence. The flavours are amazing and presentation is great. Trendy and upscale. Keep in mind, portions are small so it is best to order appetizer and dessert; the cheese plate is always lovely. The prices are quite high, so save for special occasions or the occasional splurge.
