From eagles to crows, birds and nature have inspired yoga philosophies and practices for centuries. Join us for a free one-hour yoga class that will explore the bird, wildlife, and nature imagery present in yoga. The class will be led by Ornithologist and Certified Yoga Instructor Kate Fremlin.
