MISSING SINCE AUGUST 10th FRIDAY NIGHT Came home from dinner to find our dog missing. He’s a 5 year old German Shepherd that goes by the name Bernie. Has 2 patches on his back where the hair is shorter due to being shaved because he had a rash earlier in the summer. He’s microchipped and is extremely friendly. Please help!! We now live in Kingston, but we were visiting Ottawa today. Our cat, Callie, escaped from her cat carrier in the car when we made a quick stop. She is wearing a light blue harness and even has her blue leash still attached. She is all gray, no markings, and about 7 lbs. She escaped around Coventry and St Laurent. She has no tags, but does have a microchip. We looked for over an hour and were suggested to continue our trip home. 613-914-2279 TIA ❤️

I am so grateful for the amazing people that provided me with the upmost support and advice through one of the hardest times in my life. Although my fur baby was not gone for long, it was definatly a shot through the heart especially with all the rain. After hours spent looking, and putting litter all around the house my little bugger showed up at the back door at 1:00 am, after being gone all day.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am so thankful for the kind hearted people that frequent the Ottawa and Valley Lost Pet Network, as well as the admins. May God bless you all. I will forever be thankful for you all. ��

My little cat, Eden, had gotten out twice this year. The first she had only gone as far as under our deck but was out overnight in February. The second time was this May. She was gone for 9 days! I was heartbroken. The lovely people who run this page helped me a lot with finding her. They forwarded me a kijiji add that led to my recovery of her. I will always be thankful of this page and will continue to do what I can to help them out! Thank you so much!

OVLPN is the reason I have my precious dog back after she spent 5 days on the run. They called me right away to make sure I was aware of a recent sighting of my dog, and then again when they recognized her immediately when someone reported finding a lost dog. I'm so grateful this group exists and thank you to everyone involved for all of your amazing work. It means the world to us.

This site is amazing. We had lost our dog Zora for 15 days. (Jan 21-Feb 5. It was such a stressful, frustrating, sad, maddening time for us. The people who run this site are fantastic. Reached out to us right away. Kept us updated with peoples posts/ sightings. Thanks to the public who would call or post on this site to keep us informed, or to just call to wish us luck. BUT there is one special lady who took time out of her personal life to help us with either looking, tracking, ideas , or just talking with us when we were feeling hopeless. Leslie you were our rock and a truly wonderful human being. Never give up hope people, never give up looking for your fur babies. We wish anyone who has lost a pet may they return safely.

Our dogs got out of our yard last week and within 5 minutes of me messaging the admins, a lost dog post went up for each dog. Tips immediately started pouring in and both dogs were back home by the end of the day. Admins are so incredibly caring and the network of people sharing posts is outstanding! �

This site has helped me in so many ways. My indoor kitty escaped and ran away one night. I couldnt find her anywhere. The ending was very sad as she was hit by car which i found out on this site. I posted a lost kitty post and someone saw my kitty on the road. It was heartbreaking i cried for days but at least i had closure. This site was so sweet and helpfull in helping me get through it. Recently i found a freezing kitty outside at night crying and again this site was so helpfull. These people really care and the net work of people is huge.

The genuine caring and concern for lost pets by the admins and members of this site is truly heartwarming. Many times people who have lost their cherished pets have limited options when searching. This widely connected social media site provides not only an avenue to broaden their search but also a repository of hope. Seeing pets reunited with their owners hours, days, weeks, months and even years after they have gone missing proves that miracles can happen and to never give up. Thank you very much for all your work in providing people with a much broader search network and most of all proving that there are amazing people out there that care. I, thankfully have not needed their services, but I am grateful that those that do have this wonderful site to assist.

This network of people are absolutely astounding! Such a caring, genuine bunch. My dog was rehomed and ended up getting free from the new owners, but this place has been amazing with their help and their knowledge. Thankful that the new owners never gave up. Also, the new small town where my dog went missing

worked together with this network and were able to bring our/their dog home. What a happy ending to what was once quite a horrible situation. Thank you once again!
