Dr. Tellier has been amazing. Our dog has suffered from a chronic yeast infection since she was 6 mos old & now at 11 years old Dr. Tellier has been able to help us get it under control after we've been at 4 difference vets in 11 years. The ladies & gents in office are always very helpful and so lovely to deal with.

Always very friendly and caring. The only complaint that I have it always seems like they are trying to sell services or products to you. Feels like used car salesman sometimes. I still wouldn't take my animal anywhere else.

Excellent service! They got my dog in immediately after she had been bit by another dog. They were so gentle and caring with her. First time to see Dr. T. and I really liked her. The staff is always friendly and helpful and were particularly helpful in this situation. Thanks for a positive experience.

Dr Rick and his team are amazing. Our dog was ill for a long time, we went vet to vet trying to figure out what was wrong with him with no luck. We heard amazing things about Big Rock Animal clinic so we figured we would give them a shot. We trusted Dr Rick and his team and went thru numerous tests and specialists and found out what was wrong with our dog. He is doing amazing now and we are grateful that we now have a healthy dog. Thanks again Dr Rick and team. We are now customers for life!

Courteous and efficient. Quick apt scheduling. High cost to verify and treat common ailment w/o doing full health exam. Par for practice these days.

Once again Dr. Rick and his staff were great, we were there for our annual check-up for our two dogs, one had a tooth that had broken off, so INSTEAD of giving us the usual scare tactic like other vets do in Calgary Dr. Rick just told us the truth. He told us what might occur in that area, what to watch out for and the timeline for healing. He doesn't push the need for shots that aren't needed every year, In my opinion he truly cares for the animal and not my wallet. I thank him for that. I will gladly travel to Okotoks from Calgary to visit,

Dr. John Barlow is an outstanding vet. He has done surgery and health checks on my Pomeranians in the past. He performed fine dental work on my dog "Blueberry" yesterday. Included was a printout of before and after images which I liked. He has always been kind to my dogs and sensitive to my concerns. He accommodates my need to be with my dog for sedation. I truly appreciate this. I highly recommend Dr. Barlow and also this clinic. My bill was very reasonable. Oh yes, they have a big parking lot just for usliked that too!

My personal experiences (and I've had many at big rock) have all been pleasant. From the care of my foster animals to the care of my personal pets Dr Rick and Dr Dain have been exceptional. Through the unknown ailments of my beloved boxers, to the excitement of a new puppy and the heart break of losing my sweet boxer Rocco, I'd like to thank you all for being there for us to turn to. Your care and compassion as been appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Also, April needs to be mentioned as she is an absolute delight! Thank you April.
