Prince Travel a family owned and operated business since 1982, I have known Senka Topic from Bosnia and Mahmood Tejpar owner they are wonderful amazing people; I would say they are like family as they are trustworthy, compassionate and caring people; I have heard that their ex- employee had done a major Fraud. I feel very sorry for it has hurt them emotionally and financially.
I say it with experience as I use to live in Alberta, Nunavut and NWT and many time and did all my business. They provide me best value, service, and fast response. I would recommend them for all travel needs vacation or airfare. They have great and even superior customer service and impeccable integrity and work ethics. I using this travel agencies over 16 years with and I me and my family will use for all our travel needs in the future.

I am so happy with their service.My mostly family members and friends buy tickets from there. Always give me best rates. Recently I was there for one of my friend ticket needed for visa application requirement. The provided that ticket without any fee or charges. I am very satisfied with their service over all.

Stay away!!

When they were under the name Marlin Travel my mother had purchased nearly $1000 in gift cards specifically for Marlin that can be used all over Canada. Only to find out that the owner Mahmood had actually sold her gift cards that can only be used with him at his store which is no longer a Marlin Travel. which I'm sure is why he did that. Very shady way of doing business when asked about it he simply said "well you know why I did that right?" Defiantly avoid using this travel agency.

The place said that the flight I wanted was not available and gave me the flight of the next available flight which was over 1 week from my intended date. The service was awful and when I wanted to get my money back, the penalty price was over 3 times what they said the penalty was listed as. They pretty much tried to cheat me out of as much money as they could.
