Always top-notch service. My dog Foxy was spayed by Dr. Hancock. Very professional. Also my other pom, Cara, had something wrapped around a tooth. She was taken to the back immediately and they dealt with it right away. Dr. Hancock again, she lifted it from the tooth and the gums and teeth were fine. Such a relief. Also reception Brianne is very helpful and I have never had a crappy experience there and I do not expect to ever have one.

The doctors and staff are caring and efficient. Recently we had to part with our beloved furry member of our family. We received kind and supportive care. They did not try to up-sell us to a pricier cremation package which I certainly appreciated.

I have gone to this clinic for over ten years. Spending over $10,000 on my one cat alone. Over the years it has become more and more apparent to me that this vet's only priority is making money and not the welfare of animals.

Without notice they discontinued my pets medication and special food because I brought my cats to another clinic to get their shots. I would not recommend bringing your animal to this clinic under any circumstances. They recommend treatments and tests that are not required. And the cost for their services is well above other vets in the city.

We bought my Siberian Husky in thinking she had problems with her hips. It ended up being cancer in her stomach and lungs. The Dr and staff were incredible. Practice understanding. Let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. Thanks to Dr Stephanie Hancock and staff made it a little easier.

We took our Boston here today for his routine shots, and I can easily say that this was the best veterinary clinic that we have ever been to. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very kind, as well the vet was outstanding with our Boston and took the time to keep him comfortable. I don't think you can put a price on great service and quality care, and that is exactly what we received. I would highly suggest this clinic, worth the two hours we had to drive.

We have been taking our 2 cats & 2 dogs to this clinic for years now. The Vets & staff have all been wonderful. We had a very sick cat that we lost, however, they tried everything they could to save her. What impressed me the most was the understanding of our sadness over our loss and the Vets truly caring manner for both us and our beloved pet. They provide very good service to our other cat and our 2 dogs. Always honest & very sincere. Thank you Marlborough Vet Hospital for the wonderful care you provide to our pets.
