We have been dealing with Gore IDA Pharmacy for several years now. The staff is friendly, efficient and courteous and is always prepared to help. When something is not in stock they are happy to order it in for you, which is a tremendous help. Our Pharmacist, Dipen, is generous with his time and extremely knowledgeable. He is patient and takes the extra time to interact with everyone in a professional, sincere and genuine manner. This is a testimony to his pride in his work and his commitment to his profession. Outstanding service and such pleasant staff. We were referred here by a physiotherapist as my mother required a compression wrap for her legs. Although it was out of the way we decided to give it a try. Trisha was so helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Items ordered arrived in very short order and Trisha was always very accommodating with her time. The pharmacist helped us pinpoint an issue my mother had with her legs and thanks to his guidance we were able to get the proper treatment from her doctor. We have ordered additional product from this shop and I wouldn't hesitate in the least to recommend them. So glad to have found them. I just wish they were closer to home.

I always get my Rx from here and the staff is always friendly an efficient! I recently need some health care assistance for myself due to an injury and well the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me with items such as a cane and they even found me appropriate funding to help with the costs. I wish there were more places like this that really take care of the customers. I recommend using Adapt Home Health Care Brampton for all your health care needs.

I am now a regular customer of this pharmacy since 2009. Before that I used to go to few other pharmacies too . What made me regular customer here is the friendly staff, good customer service and the honest advice by them without considering their own interests. Manager of the pharmacy is also very soft spoken and always explains well about the medications.

Fast customer service and friendly environment. What I really like about this place is that they explain the medicine in details every time I visit instead of rushing me like most other places. I was asked today to give feedback on here which shows me their interest in making sure customer is happy and improving in whatever way required. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I find the staff quite helpful, I was surprised to see they were actually noticing customers coming in and greeting them . I usually not much into writing reviews but saw few reviews so thought should write one . I m not sure about what others say but I find the pharmacy staff is very nice and the pharmacist was so friendly and he as always cleared all my concerns when I went today to pick up my prescription. Overall I don't know what else people want they deliver prescription, always pick my phone I guess within 2 minutes never put on long holds , and as I said they are all quite welcoming and smiling . So try yourself never trust on just reviews. I guess people don't have time to put nice reviews and plenty of time to take their frustrations out while adding bad reviews lol ;
