This is my second move with BC Movers. I've found them professional, responsive, really friendly, and trustworthy. This last move, they packed my 3 BR apartment of belongings with great care, moved everything to my new place, and unpacked and reassembled everything (including a bed frame, table, dresser, etc) and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything in the new apartment. They were patient and considerate, and made the move a thousand times less stressful than it might otherwise have been. Would I use them again for another move? Absolutely.

When I tell you this company saved my day, I’m not joking. I was moving from an apartment and had a set move out time with a booked elevator. The moving company I had initially booked didn’t show up, it was a Sunday at 4pm, and I needed to be out of the space in a few hours. I was frantically calling moving companies and BC Movers not only made it work for us, they exceeded expectations. Jay and Ned were so kind and helpful. They were so thoughtful with how they moved our thing, efficient and overall incredible. They were the one bright part of an otherwise stressful day. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Great service. The movers are flexible and down to earth. They worked very fast and were efficient. I had to move a friend out of an apartment well hes in another country. The movers had a lot of helpful info to make it easy for me. They also knew a lot about the storage units.

A famly member moved a home complete with amoires, china cabinet and many very nice pieces of furniture. They also had a large desk and a heavy, fragile TV. The company pre-wrapped furniture in clean blankets securely applied, arrived on time and were courteous and very pleasant despite a long day! Two gents even wore Santa hats since it is mid-Dec! Excellent care with this company. When I need to move I will definitely be asking for their help. Thank you to the crew at BCMovers!!

We had a great experience using BC Movers! Tyler was super responsive and easy to work with on scheduling.
On moving day Gustavo and Andy arrived right on time, and did a great job getting everything out of my son's apartment. It's an older building with tight turns and small doorways, and everything made it without a scratch. We had our own truck as we were moving from Vancouver to Washington State, and they did a great job packing it securely so everything stayed in place during our drive.
I've used many movers over the years, and BC Movers provided the best service and care that I've ever experienced; I highly recommend them!response / report this review -

Very satisfied with BC Movers. From my initial contact and set-up with Aaron to the last box in my new apartment, the experience was very smooth. The two movers, Eric and Dillon, were very professional and hard working. They came in and got the job done. Highly recommend BC Movers.

This was my first time hiring a moving company; I'd heard so many horror stories about movers that I was really nervous
However, we couldn't have been happier with these guys. They were fast, efficient and allowed us to help. In fact, they came in $150 under the estimate! They were super professional, their experience was obvious, they showed up on time and didn't stop until the job was done. They were pleasant and made our move a breeze. The crews from BC Movers are great. They handle your stuff with care and are quick, efficient movers. Working in a storage facility, I see all kinds of movers and these guys are some of the best.

I have received an cargo include a piano in YVR airport and looking for a moving company to take it to my home. I have called several companies but could not manage it as cargo was furnitures and piano and I was in hurry.Then fortunately I have introduce to this moving company accidentally. I called them and they managed my request in the best possible way. I have arranged everything with Aaron in BC Movers very easy and then the next morning they picked up the cargo exactly on the preset time. Their staffs were professional and also very nice people. They know how to move piano and the other furnitures very well.

Fully agree with the last reviewer - these people are fantastic!
If you are like me and hate moving hate everything about moving I mean would rather have a tooth pulled, than move then you have to stop here and give these people a call!
I stumbled across these folks on Google (go figure) but I am so glad that I did because they were so professional about each aspect of the move:
They brought carpet guards
More than enough dollies and hand trucks
I didn't think to ask for one but they brought me a moving wardrobe for my hanging clothes
And did it, no fuss & with a smile even.
I am so glad that I called them and cannot recommend enough for you to do the same!

The experience was amazing. Their team was so friendly and went out of their way to take care of my more fragile items. Extremely professional - what I was expecting to be a chaotic day turned out to be smoother than I could have imagined thanks to Aaron and his team.

I am editing this now because while I'm packing I'm noticing more and more.
Several of my picture frames are broken, I found 5 boxes labeled "kitchen" thats even intentionally stacked on top of each other in the living room. Several boxes with clear arrows we're upside down breaking some of my collectibles and belongings. Our two bicycles were downstairs and they had a bag of wires thrown between them so they poured all over the dirty floor. We had many loose items in storage that the company offered to pack, then one box that they packed broke open as they were carrying it in the house. With a $1,000 price tag I cannot express how disappointed I am in his company. One worker wanted to one worker wanted to pry at my military history, even after I told him how rude it was.
Below is my original statement.
Started 2 hours later than quoted. We actually fell asleep at the storage unit waiting for them. They rounded the time up to charge more and also took 2 hours longer than they said they would.response / report this review -

Spoke with manager to arrange everything. He claimed he was busy so I had to email him all the details we just discussed.
Said they would start at 1 or 2, called as they were on their way, claiming they would be 20 to 30 minutes but took 1 hour 15 minutes and asked if only 2 guys could help move instead when in the first place, they added the 3rd guy because of the piano. It could have apparently been 2 guys for 3 or 4 hours. Added a 3rd guy for the piano, claims would be much quicker because of 3rd guy, 2 to 3 hours, but of course, the rate goes way up. Arrived at 3:20. 2 introduced themselves, the third did not and was unfriendly if anything.
They took a half hour longer than us to get to our place after unloading the storage unit, even though we took extra time to talk to the storage unit to tell them it was empty.
They kept wasting time driving around the block claiming they couldn't find parking. Found a spot, moved one box, then moved the truck again.
Dropped a box. There was a broken picture frame. Still haven't unpacked so who knows what else could be broken. Boxes were open when they were not before. Common sense boxes labeled "washroom' are somewhere in the living room.
A 4th guy arrives in the end to help who didn't introduce himself, turns out it was the manager I spoke with on the phone, and they finished at 8. They claim they charge by 15 minutes after the minimum 2 hours, the one guy came back with paperwork from the truck at 8:20, and even then rounded the time up to 8:30 totalling almost $1000.00! Nobody said bye except the last person we paid. Not impressed!!!response / report this review -

These guys are fantastic!
I had a last minute move, as my previous arrangement through a friend suddenly cancelled on me, but they squeezed me in late in the day.
Very meticulous with the wrapping of my more precious things - bubble wrap, plastic wrap, mattress bags, those shock-pad, blanket things, etc., all applied professionally, but the big surprise was that they not only did it better, but did it a hell of a lot faster than an ordinary human being like me could do it! I was going to ask them to skip that on some items, because in previous moves this took the movers too much time, but these guys are clearly pros. In fact, when I saw how well they did it I even let them move my precious computers, which I've never let movers do before. (I have always driven those myself.)
The final result is that all of my stuff got moved and set up in the new place without a dent or scratch, a lot faster than I thought it could happen, and I have a wife and two kids, with all the junk that accumulates with family life, so that's no small feat!
The job was done better and faster than I thought it could be. I would have been happy if it had taken longer, but really appreciate the way they hustled and didn't waste my money, even though it was late in the day on short notice! So, enjoy the tips, boys!
