  Alberto Gironella (1929–1999) was a Mexican painter born in Mexico City. He showcased his works in Brazil, United States, Spain, France, Japan, Sweden, and Switzerland. In Mexico his works were in the Palace of Fine Arts and Museum of Modern Art, and the Carrillo Gil and Rufino Tamayo museums. Gironella also illustrated the book Terra Nostra by Carlos Fuentes.

  Santiago de Querétaro is a city in central Mexico. It’s known for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture such as a striking pink stone aqueduct. Notable baroque buildings include Santa Rosa de Viterbo church. The nearby ochre San Francisco church is in Zenea Garden, the city’s main square. In the old church convent, the Querétaro Regional Museum displays pre-Hispanic, colonial and republican artifacts.

  Laguna Miramar is a freshwater lake surrounded by tropical rainforest located in the Lacandon Jungle on the border with Guatemala. It is one of the most ecologically diverse areas of Mexico, containing around 20% of all species. The lake itself is a pure blue color and quite warm, making for great swimming and canoeing. Additionally, there are Maya ruins around the lake, though unrestored and covered by jungle.

  Absolutely delicious and fantastic service. You get the quality and taste of downtown Toronto Mexican food but close to home in Vaughan. By and far my favourite Mexican restaurant north of Toronto.

  The location itself is nicely decorated, great ambiance and staff is inviting and warm. However, there's is not enough seating making it awkward to just stand there, ended up taking it to Go due to space, while two other customers left due to the same problem. I was asked to move from my seat when other people entered. The food was delicious though I didn't get the full experience since by the time I got home it was sort of cold. I also waited 45 min for the food to take to go. Wish there was reservations! ( I attended on Satuday evening around 7::25pm and left at 8:10). Hopefully next time there's seating available, though I probably won't return. Worth a try.

  My sister raved about this restaurant, so, I had to check it out. Today, mom and I visited and we were very impressed. The modern decor was visually pleasing. The owner, Carlos Maciel, is a gentleman; Without hesitating, he mustered up a chicken consommé to meet one of my mom's dietary requirements, even though it was not on the menu. The outstanding customer care makes this cozy little restaurant even more welcoming. But the pinnacle of our visit was the quality and authenticity of the food. You cannot fake freshness. Here, we found the real deal: fresh, authentic Mexican food served in generous portions at a reasonable price. We are now fervent fans of "Ay Caramba, eh!"

  As someone who loves good food, I have a love/hate relationship with living in the suburbs. So often restaurants in our area are just replicating the true talent downtown.
  
  This place is an exception.
  
  Tucked away in a strip mall in Woodbridge is not where you'd expect to find some of the best cheap quality Mexican food in the GTA but here it is.
  
  They keep the menu simple and the ingredients fresh. The tacos, fresh complimentary chips and homemade salsas were amazing.

  Finally! Authentic Mexican food here in GTA! We moved from Chicago 8 years ago and have been on the hunt for authentic Mexican food No Fusion, no Tex-Mexreal Mexican! Ran across Ay caramba Eh from a Google search of the neighborhood It is in Woodbridge, conveniently located on Rutherford Rd by Hwy 400. Was hoping that it would at least be okay comfort food but Carlos and his staff exceeded our expectations! Customer service was above and beyond, the food was extraordinary! The flavors were amazing within the tacos. Seasoning was perfectly matched for each meat, they had fish tacos in addition to a portobello mushroom TacoAgain extraordinary! Been open for 3 weeks and it has already gained a huge following with good reason. Muchas gracias to Ay caramba Eh! and Great Fortune to you and yours!

  The food was delish and very authentic Mexican tasting. Ambience is really nice for a “taco stand” (some seats available if you want to stay). They need a better location to get recognized - this is truly a HIDDEN gem!

  I went to Ay Caramba, Eh and it was delicious. Anyone who loves Mexican food will be happy with this place.
  
  Everything is made in house. The tortilla chips are so crispy and warm. I believe the cashier's name was Carlos and he was super nice. The address is 3540 Rutherford Rd #65
  
  Oh and on weekends they have pupusas.

  A great new Mexican/Latin resto in Vaughan! I highly recommend! Convenient location & cool modern décor! The food is A+! I had fish, pork, chorizo, and mushroom tacos. All were really good and authentic! The nachos & fresh guacamole are also delicious! It’s a great place to eat-in or take-out!

  Excellent customer service and great food! Everything is freshly made and soda available are imported from Mexico. The chorizo and carnita tacos with No. 7 hot sauce is a must try. Will be returning soon.
