We went to the 3 Brewers in Kanata, ON and the service was absolutely horrible. The waitress seemed to think it was funny that the steak was not cooked properly and lukewarm at best, with the greens in the salad completely wilted like they'd been left in a bucket for a week.
When we approached the waitress about the problem she said she didn't really know what she could do about it but she would try to get us a new steak cooked properly. The second steak was reasonable, I guess, but still not as hot as it should be if they truly make their food fresh.
The waitress seemed to want to argue with us about the quality of the food and said that medium rare steaks can't exactly get piping hot anyways (???).
We were quite upset and so we spoke with a manager, who tried to argue with us about our complaint, just shooting us down and repeatedly asking "but was your steak cooked properly?" And "well was it cooked right the second time?" Without acknowledging the fact that the service was horrible. The manager ended up giving us hardly an apology, snatching the menu and storming off to print us off a bill.
As if an afterthought, he then returned a few minutes later saying that the nachos were on the house for the trouble.
It just felt like a really big ordeal to get something rather basic- we didn't make special requests, we were always polite- and I just think restaurant service should not be that way.
Did not tip. 1/10. Would not return to this location.response / report this review -

Several of the people in our group sat for an hour waiting for a drinkwe had gone and politely expressed our concern after about 40 minutes. When the drink order was taken, they declined to take our food order. Most of the people in our group simply decided not to order food after this. At the end of the evening, they then wiped the table while we were still sitting at it. I have worked in the restaurant industry; the service we received was unacceptable.

Been there three times. Today had fish and chips, it was a dissapointment, small fillet of fish, some what under cooked, and very few fries, which most were soggy and not crisp, dont think i can recommned fish and chips. The staff were fine, maybe somewhat slow in the restaurant as they seemed to be more attentive to people out on the patio.

Excellent hot goat salad with nuts, and peaches, the only complaint would be to cut the peaches smaller and use fresh ones if they can, the taste would have been well spread to plate. Love the creme brûlé! Nice waitress, but she seem a brt stressed and coming way too many time at the beginning until we were ready to order, we wabted first to chill on our drink and talk a bit and then order, we felt push! Husband took hamburger and home made friench fries and loved it and we didn't go out feeling broke, we will go back again and again and the beer is lical and pretty good according to my husband! Beautiful place! Here's a few pictures that I took last night!

Service was exceptionally slow. Beginning to end it was 3 hours. Some people at the table were on their second round before others got their first round. Two people got the wrong orders. The server and manager offered excuses instead of solutions. We had another table's bill dropped off at our table "on behalf of" our server. While running our bills through, the server turned around with the one machine she had to allow another table to pay before resuming taking payments from our table. It was all quite frustrating. I wouldn't be terribly motivated to return.

Went there for lunch, to the movie theaters that was next door and returned for dessert. The beer was delicious, the food was great and all of our servers were super nice. We had so much fun preparing our s’mores! Great idea for little ones. just be a bit careful with the flame.
I had the avocado sandwich and beer battered fries.. yuuuummy! My six year old son had a burger. We were impressed on how big they were! Pretty awesome �

An hour wait for food that had obviously been sitting in the pass for awhile in a restaurant that was at 25 percent capacity. A couple of apologies and a bill with a refill charge. Seriously poor dining experience.

Extremely slow and poor service and under staffed waited almost a half hour for someone to take mine and my girlfriends drink order then another hour for our food to show up and just like our service it was cold stay away from this place if you have plans after eating

Great food, awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, AMAZING beer (try the Amber), and big flat screens for hockey and football games! It's my favourite place to go!
