  Pretty good. It's a somewhat straightforward vet. The price and service are reasonable. If you're in the neighbourhood it's a safe place to bring your pet. I've taken my cat in a few times and have no complaints.

  We were unable to book an appointment with our usual vet, but luckily found Dr. Douglas at this clinic. Our dog had an ear infection and didn't want anyone touching him, but their assistant Diana was amazing and our dog let her hold him. They even showed and emailed me the microscope slide images that made sure they had the right meds. I feel they went beyond the necessary to make sure my dog was well cared for and we were made comfortable with treatment and cost. We will most certainly return here again.

  Found a mass on my cats leg, worried I called to make an appointment and got one the next day. They did routine exam and took a sample. They didn't push extra shots or medication and told me it would take a week to get back the results of the sample. Few days later they called me to let me know it was just a fat cell that expanded, not tumorous and that it wasn't impacting the health of my cat. (Also I got lost on my way and ended up being late!! They're super forgiving haha)
  
  Came back in a few weeks to get some shots done. They're incredibly friendly and passionate about my cats well being! Even explained everything in depth to help me understand better in what was going on. I'd recommend them any time. Also I didn't have to give up an organ for the bill!!

  My first visit there I was immediately impressed with the staff and their bedside manners during a very difficult time. I wish I discovered this place sooner. Will be coming here from now on.

  This facility and the Burrard Animal Hospital are excellent. Dr Christine Ong and the staff have always given every animal the best care.
