Ordered a pizza waited an hour.which is fine.but when it arrived it was wrong.waited another hour. Called ,manager. He wasnt apologetic.didnt offer a discount next time.seems we inconvenienced him.wont order again

For the most part the service attentive but after the bill was brought my husband had to wait quite some time for a cup of coffee. We had a queen sized pizza with 3 topping on it. There was plenty of cheese just the way my husband likes it. We chose to sit in the room further from the entrance door because it was quite warm in the other room where the door to the restaurant was. Where we sat it felt just cool enough to give us relief from the hot summer day July 31, 2016.
Today on my husband's birthday we were turned away because we had brought in a birthday cake. There loss, because most of our party of 6 was going to eat foods other than pizza and order drinks. Gave Hungry Wolf down the road our business instead today.response / report this review -

Although they have an "express" menu for lunch it took 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Apparently there were other tables more important than ours. Food was good when we finally got it.

Food is always good. Service was exceptionally slow today considering not busy at lunch going into the long weekend. Staff always friendly and courteous. Nice family restaurant.

Greatest pizza ever in Windsor. Perfect crust, just the right amount of toppings and sauce and they even rushed our order because we were in a hurry and it still turned out great. Highly recommended

Came here for a 50th birthday party. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the helpings were pretty big. Afterwards we stayed for a couple of drinks and never felt rushed. Some good local beer on tap.

Great pizza. Haven't tried the pasta dishes yet but they sound amazing as well. Good atmosphere for dinner, and they have local beer available. (Walkerville Brewery's Honest Lager). Clean bathrooms, which is always important.

The pizza is delicous, but that's really all they have going for them. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and there is always something wrong with my order. Wrong dipping sauce, wrong toppings, forgotten dipping sauce. And then when you call to ask about it you're given nothing but attitude. It's happened on at least 4 occasions that I have not been given what I paid for. Delivery drivers are incredibly rude and not at all friendly. Not worth the money paid for such terrible service. I'll be taking my business else where.

Poor experience with a manager was made right by the owner. Andre is a good guy and handled the situation properly as it should've been handled in the first place so I am changing my review.
Overall this place usually has great food and service and I wont let one bad situation keep me from coming back again.
