If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am truly disgusted by how this company does business. We were forced to take our vehicle there after a no-fault car accident we were in and the body shop was only supposed to inspect the vehicle and give us a final estimate of the damage. We do not trust Anderson and were going to take the vehicle to another body shop in our home city after this was done (unfortunately it had to be towed to Anderson because they are the only body shop in Prince Albert that deals with Dodge and SGI wouldn't tow it to our home city). Well sure enough we get a phone call months later from SGI saying that our vehicle was fixed. Anderson was NEVER authorized to fix this vehicle, they had no signature of ours, we were provided no work order stating the repairs and parts used, nothing. Then the body shop manager (Bryan?) has the nerve to tell us that we authorized the repairs and that he owns our vehicle now if we don't sign for it and then demanded to know who our lawyer was. He also refused to provide us with a list of the repairs and parts used until we signed for it.what a joke.These people are absolute crooks. Not only did they "fix" a vehicle which they had no legal authority to do, but the repairs are laughable at best. Some parts are held together with double-sided tape. Extremely unprofessional, liars and thieves. Avoid this place at all costs. I can't believe in this day and age companies can get away with treating people this way.

Great experience. Kyle in sales was extremely knowledgable and Brent in finance was awesome too. Extremely low pressure, treated me like family. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Everybody who I dealt with in the dealership went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was positive. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough!

Had a bad experience during Christmas holidays while visiting family in prince albert. Drove 3 hours to get to pa and had no issues with the truck and then out of no where a day later it starts making a grinding noise. So with my truck only having 40000 km on it I took it in to anderson motors. Told me the entire rear diff needed to be replaced and no warrenty because it had a dealer installed 3 inch leveling kit. 3600$ was the bill so first thing I do is call my dealership 3 hours away and they say ya no problem we will fix it, and if you can't make it we will come pick you up with a trailer. Now that is customer service. All anderson did was hand me my keys, a bill for diagnosis, and told me I won't make it far if I try and drive. Not impressed with how they handled the situation.

I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey from Anderson's. I'm really impressed with their customer service. They weren't pushy or overbearing and really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I can afford. I love my new vehicle and would recommend Anderson's to anyone.

Very good service. Salesmen very friendly always acknowledge you right when you come through the door or if busy with clients lets you know they will be with you ASAP. Always works to get you the best deal you can afford with your budget and what type of truck fits your lifestyle the best. Next truck will be bought from this dealership with fern Allary! He was the first to great me at the door and is a salesmen that makes you feel as comfortable sitting in his office as he would if you were having a coffee in his home. Wants to know what you'll be using your truck for and points you in the right direction. Even worked hard to get me an upgraded truck last year even though it didn't work out for me in the end. Will try again in the near future with fern!
