I went to Jubilee to look for a used vehicle because mine had died so I was in a bit of a hurry. I walked in and was instantly approached by the sales manager Abdul who was so friendly and full of smiles. He set me up with one of the sales representatives named James Willie or the “bow tie guy”. James was so informative and incredibly patient with me when I had all of my questions about the vehicle and even the financing and he gave me straight answers. You don’t find that often in sales. They made my whole experience seamless and smooth with lots of laughs and I was dreading it all to begin with. I highly recommend going and talking to James at Jubilee Ford you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks again team Jubilee you all are amazing!

The left headlight went out on my Fiesta on a Friday--so I planned to bring it in to a shop the following Monday for repair. This plan went out the window when the *other* headlight died the following morning. I was most grateful to Jubilee Ford for fitting me in and fixing the problem. The one hitch was that there were no headlights in stock for a Fiestaand it took two tries for the right ones to come in from somewhere else in town. But come in they eventually did, and I had a car to drive that evening. Thanks!! I am so happy you guys were open on a Saturday when I needed you!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our vehicle here. James Willie our sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole team at Jubilee Ford made the whole process easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from here.

Had a poor experience with their salespeople.
Saw a new listing on their site and called to inquire about the vehicle; the lady I spoke with said she didn't know much about it, but she said she would look into it and she would get me some details and pricing on it.
I never heard back from her, so I called and ended up speaking to a gentleman that told me the same. I told him I was speaking with the lady and he said he would see what he could find out and get her to reach out to me. I never heard back.
I called in a third time after not hearing back to be told the same by another lady; that she would see what she could find out and she would await my call to get the information. This time she did finally tell me some answers, but she informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was sent to auction that morning and sold. She got me pricing on another model, but it didn't have the same features as the previous one did. I can't blame her for this though, at least she tried to help find me some answers.
Long story short, I was given the run around by two of their salespeople and it wasn't until the third salesperson that I got some answers, but it was already too late and the vehicle I wanted was gone.
I may end up purchasing a vehicle from here, but I don't think it would be because of their service.response / report this review -

Incredible experience - To anyone who is shopping around for a new vehicle let me tell you about my experience. I am from Regina and had been shopping around the dealerships both in Regina and Moose Jaw, had gotten different quotes for my trade (lower than expected) and also different prices to trade up. I wasn't really satisfied with my experiences thus far but just thought that's just how it is nowadays, the "if you don't buy this one the next guy will" sort of mentality. I thought I would also check the dealerships in Saskatoon to see what they had for stock and also what I could get for my trade and wow am I happy I did. This is going to sound very cliche but there is no other way to put it. From the time I called Jubilee they made me feel like I was the only customer around. I told them the deal that I was offered in Regina, thinking it was unbeatable, and they told me to drive up to Saskatoon and we'll work something out. I was a little skeptical at that point but thought I'd check it out. I cannot believe how well I was treated and how hard they worked to earn my business which allowed me to buy the vehicle I wanted. To the staff at Jubilee and more specifically, Jeremy, Abdul and Travis, thank you so much!! You made my shopping experience a pleasure and stress free. It is so nice to see that sometimes, the customer does matter and you really showed me that. I will tell everyone about my experience and when I'm ready to trade up, you will hear from me (again, cliche I know). Great job and thank you so much!!!

The experience I had at Jubilee Ford was hands down my favourite out of all the dealerships I've ever been too. I dealt with Jordi Farrero and I cannot speak highly enough about him. Very knowledgeable and laid back salesman. He wasn't pushy or pressuring at all and he answered all of my questions. I also had a great experience with the finance manager Maury Zwingli, he was thorough in his explanations and very easy to deal with. I'll definitely be recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work Jubilee.

Mr Ding is a very nice salesman and helped us to find the vehicle that best fits our needs and budget. I didn't expect that we could make the decision in just one hour, but Ding's advice and detail explanation helped me to understand what's best for our situation. And he also helped us in dealing all necessary paperwork, which is extremely helpful for a new comer in this city. The manager is also professional and went through all terms before we signed any paper, it's such a pleasure experience in Jubilee Ford.

Service is friendly and attentive. Bought a vehicle there and even was given a tour of the service area to meet some of the service employees. General manager made sure that he came and chatted with us both times we were in the showroom. Everything was explained in detail regarding features etc. Very stress free experience. First class service.

Jubilee Ford was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We never felt pressured or rushes. We were presented with all of our options and given time to think about them. We drove 5.5 hours to purchase from Jubilee and will happily do it again. Also, once we purchased, a sales agent walked us through every feature of the vehicle and took all the time we needed. We will for sure be purchasing from Jubilee again in future!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jubilee Ford. I moved to Saskatoon a year ago and was nervous to find a place to service my vehicle (a Ford Focus), and did not have the best experiences with the Ford I was taking my car to previously. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional their service is here. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and I never feel that they are throwing extra services at me to make money. I also really like that they set you up with your own service advisor for your visit - it makes it a much more personal experience and I've always felt valued as a customer as a result.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape at Jubilee Ford. The entire experience was great. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. It seems to me that extraordinary service is the norm at Jubilee Ford! I would highly recommend Jubilee Ford as your next auto dealer.

The service is nothing short of awesome! From the phone call to book the appointment to arriving at Jubilee Ford was fantastic. My Service Advisor (Lucas) treated me with respect and enthusiasm, he made me feel that my business was very much appreciated. If you want great service and a crew that understands your needs I recommend Jubilee Ford.

My experience with Kelly and Maury (finance) where awesome, I didn't want to do an upgrade, but when Kelly phoned and explained the opportunity why I should upgrade it made sense and I am very happy! I now have a 2017 escape and my payments are almost the same with 0$ down, If they keep on making me this happy they might have a customer for a long time!!

I am so appreciative of the amazing service I received from both Brad and Lucas of the service department at Jubilee. They went above and beyond to help me fix a multitude of issues I was having with my vehicle. They saved me money and a ton of stress. Haven't bought to many vehicles from dealers yet however Juiblee has been outstanding with their customer service and hospitality. We had a few issues when we bought our used vehicle from them and they took care of everything until it was figured out and made us personally feel like our concerns with the vehicle were there's as well. Anyone that I know of that is looking for a vehicle I always recommended them to jubilee whether they are looking for a ford vehicle or not.
