If you need hardwood, Alliance Floor Source should be your first and only choice. Timea and Lehel are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide unadulterated advice and are very honest, a quality that is missing in the 'others'. They are also very knowledgeable about their products which helps the decision making process and no matter how many questions you ask or how much time you require to make a decision, you will always be greeted with a smile! Had to fix our Duraceramic floor. I was helped with kindness and attention and this was not the biggest order. When you are treated right you go back and I was and I will go here when I need new flooring. The Owner and his Wife are caring and kind people. The treated me well for a tiny order and this is why the deserve to the business.

With a baby on the way, I was short on time and needed new hardwood floors on the second floor of my house. I reached out to over 15 different flooring companies, sending e-leads to all of them with details, dimensions, timelines; everything required to provide a quote on the job. I even had cash in hand, ready to go. I contacted companies recommended by friends, family, our realtor, and via online review sites (e.g. HomeStars)

Literally only one company contacted me back. That company was Alliance Floor Source.

Max called me the same day, we talked, scheduled a meeting, and met him the following Saturday. That next Monday we had an in-home estimate scheduled, selected our floors, and got a full quote a few days afterwards.

After a bit of light negotiating (you gotta negotiate a little) we arrived at a price we were both happy with, and installation was set for the following week.

The installer (Tom) was fantastic. We has very nice, very courteous, and exceptionally, arrived when he said he would and kept everything CLEAN! When you are sanding a subfloor, things can get dirty quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail when he left the jobsite. Even when he was coming back the next day, Tom took the time to make sure the house was clean when he left. Tom, overall, was superb. Max, overall, was superb.

Literally zero problems, which, when dealing with contractors today is nothing short of a miracle.

I would happily recommend Max, Tom & Alliance Floor Source to all of my friends and family, AND I will use them again when I have more floor work to do.

Very happy with the work by Rudi, Bob and Lehel. We wanted to have oak engineered hardwood in the basement, but wanted it glued down direct to concrete. Rudi did a fantastic job on the leveling and patching of the concrete and Bob's took great care in the installation. They were able to accommodate a small alteration at late notice, and took care to ensure we were happy with the work. There were a couple of spots where the glue didn't take, and Lehel (the owner) and Bob came back right away to address. Communication was always clear and prompt. Great storefront to purchase materials and installation from confidently. Very happy to recommend!

I chose this company based on HomeStars reviews and we are happy that we hired Alliance Floor Source for our basement renovation. Their price is reasonable and I especially liked that they itemized each job in the quote and so I know exactly how much is being charged for each separately job. I ended up choose to remove and dispose my old carpet and padding to save some money. Rudi is the guy who did our floor leveling and floor installation. He showed up as promised and finished the job on time. The job is done professionally and he also make sure that the area is clean after finished his job. Our floor looks amazing. Lehel the owner also very helpful and knowledgeable and he came to our place to check and make sure that everything is ok. I will definitely hire them for my future flooring needs and I highly recommended Alliance Floor Source.

I bought engineered hardwood from Alliance Floor Source . I have to say they are amazing. Timea and Lehel are professional, and truly care about the customer, and they will do whatever possible to ensure that the client is happy. Their work is flawless, very clean, which is very important no mess to clean up once the work is completed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
