Wow wow wowwear comfortable shoes,this place is HUGE! Reasonable prices,friendly staff. I was not disappointed.
Had the pleasure of visiting again recently(November). Still a great deal of indoor and tropical plants. Could not leave empty handed.

Went to Humber nurseries at the end of last year, purchased 2 Emerald Cedars for $129.00 each, they died Went back this year in May to have them replaced cause they have tags on them still that claims there is a 2 year warranty, they replaced them only for them to want to charge me more cause it was spring time and peak season for planting We argued back and forth an told them that I wanted the same trees replaced regardless of what they were selling them for now !! So finally they replaced them only for them to die again, went back and told me that although the tags on the trees clearly state 2 year warranty that my warranty was no longer valid !! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE QUALITY AND MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ANY OTHER GARDEN CENTER AROUND !! I just bought 2 new Emerald Cedars for $89.00 at another garden center and they are of much better quality and friendlier staff !!

I've been coming here with my parents since I was a kid. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and there is a great variety of plants and accessories. A bit pricey but the quality is superb!

Great experience and great selection. I spent my time here exclusively in the Tropical/cactus/houseplant section. Traveled from Toronto to check this place out and wasn't disappointed with what I found. Super helpful staff. Lots of things that are harder to find at regular and trendy plant shops in the city, and better prices as well (though not necessarily the cheapest compared to other nurseries). Definitely stick to more exotic, less common items for good prices. Everyday common house plant selection is a bit pricey and you can find comparable items at a lower price at big box stores (think pothos, ferns, plain philodendrons, etc). Otherwise the place is amazing and definitely worth checking out for plant junkies!

Their selection is amazing! My favourite thing is the sticker labels on every plant you buy, with the names and instructions on how to take care of your new plant baby (house plants.) I'm keeping these until I memorize every plants individual needs. Super impressed.

I was immediately impressed with the very knowledgeable & super positive & helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure my plants were properly packaged/protected for travel. The expert in the tropical plant section even trimmed my Bouganvillea plant & taught me how to care for it.
It was a very positive experience!
I was also impressed with the great range & variety of plants & garden accessories available!

There is no better place for trees, shrubs or your general gardening needs than Humber. Service is never short of incredible, products are all top of the line and priced incredibly well. Every experience has been a great one, and I only wish I could give 6/5 stars!

I have dealt with Humber for many years. The sales staff there is very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. In addition to their huge selection of trees, shrubs and perennials they offer interesting workshops on a variety of landscaping and gardening topics. As well, they sell native trees, shrubs and perennials, which are drought tolerant and virtually maintenance free once established in suitable locations. Just visiting this nursery, even if you're not purchasing, will inspire you in your gardening and landscaping endeavours.
