Cynthia and her staff were friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with their knowledge and I had a wonderful experience. I ended up taking home two gorgeous rings which I've been wearing ever since!

This past Sunday afternoon my sister and I were on the hunt to find her an engagement ring as it turns out it was a one stop shop!!
From start to finish it was such an incredible experience. Shoshanna (sales person) was so incredibly helpful showing us the different cuts stayed within budget and showed us a beautiful variety of rings.
Cynthia is a wonderful lady, very knowledgeable and artistic. This store is a treasure chest, and my sister found her hidden gem :)

My visit was disappointing. The staff was not very knowledgeable about the jewelry and he was unpleasant to deal with. When I found a piece that I was interested in purchasing, I politely asked to take a picture. The salesperson snarled "no" at me and told me that the picture is posted on their website. I like to consult with my partner before I buy any new antique bling and it is nice to see it on my own hand in the picture. They had a good selection and I would have liked to stay longer and look for more pieces but I don't tolerate condescending behaviour.

My experience with this store has been nothing else but wonderful. After a struggling long search for an engagement ring, I decided to check out this store. From the minute I walked in, Cynthia was there ready to help me and make me feel at ease. She took the time to really help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Perfect experience start to finish. Cynthia and her staff are attentive and knowledgable, and could not have been more helpful in helping my finance and I find the perfect ring. If you are looking for an antique ring (or antique anything), this place is an absolute must visit. The store in general was filled with amazing vintage finds and I can't wait to visit again.

Cynthia and the staff were so welcoming and kind. I found an exquisite piece of jewelry for a fantastic price. I didn't get a chance to explore the store, but I will definitely be back to do so soon. Wonderful experience!

A true 5 star experience. There was nothing I could have asked to be better. Whatever your budget I recommend checking out this place. Excellent service and my fiancé could not have been happier with her ring.

I can not stress enough that this place is a complete and utter fraud. Jewellery is a hobby of mine. I buy a lot of pieces from local stores and dealers and thought why not check out this shop. I have never seen such ridiculous prices in my life. And the jewellery selection was pathetic. The only reason I'm even bothering to write a review is because I literally saw a women being completely scammed. She was buying a amethyst ring that could in no possible way be worth more that $1000, at even the most overpriced dealer, for $3000. How on earth could the owners of this place live with themselves? My advise is to just stay away!

We went to Cynthia Findlay's Antiques on a compassionate quest. The store is an absolutely amazing treasure trove of historical objects all beautifully presented. Cynthia is incredibly knowledgeable and fun to talk to. It was an adventure! We appreciated her big heart and experience. This is the best store of its nature in Toronto!
