Very helpful and friendly staff. A bit of a cramped space. This location is shutting down soon, I imagine they're moving to a bigger location.

I always have a great time exploring the store and looking at their merchandise even though I can't afford anything there. The staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions.

One thing I particularly like about this location is that they almost always have a large selection of sale items on the 2nd floor. If you're looking for cookbooks I strongly recommend you head up there and look at both the sale tables and the book section as they actually have some really good deals. I recently got a large Phaidon coffee table book for half the price of the Indigo down the street.

I'm the first to review? Well, damn, I guess their fame precedes them.
I think everybody knows what to expect from Williams Sonoma so I'll just say that the customer service at this location is impeccable. I hope they keep it that way.
