I couldn’t recommend Dr. Payne more highly. I was referred to her by a friend who also loved her. I had been having fairly serious health issues that were getting progressively worse over about 2 years, which my doctor had zero solutions for. I eventually got on a waitlist for a gynecologist, but after over 1.5 years of waiting with no appointment I finally decided to go the naturopathic route. I was admittedly a bit skeptical but I could not have been more wrong. It was clear right from the start of my first meeting with Dr. Payne that she had thoroughly reviewed all of the history I had submitted, and after a very detailed assessment she recommended some tests and eventually a treatment. Her recommendations were evidence-based and made sense. I am thrilled to say that in just 1 month the symptoms I was experiencing have totally resolved! I am kicking myself for not having gone sooner. not only that, but she also has helped me manage my anxiety and acne as well. You could not ask for a more pleasant, attentive, or thorough doctor.

Dr. Michelle Payne is a wonderful naturopath! She is knowledgeable and caring in so many ways. Going to her has helped me to take control of my own health and feel vibrant again. The staff at the front are also wonderful and welcoming. The infrared sauna in great.

I had a really bad experience with the clinic. Dr. Hutchison missed the root cause of my problems - something that was picked up by another clinician and should have been obvious. I spent thousands of dollars on a treatment that did not only failed to resolve the problem - it actually made things worse.

This place is great. Right near the Vic West skate park, they helped me address some long term health stuff. Dr. Pam was really patient and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies are super friendly. I also got massages from Graham, and he was a beast! Really helped my back out! Definitely recommended.
