Although my eye doctor is lovely, at least one of the receptionists is horrible. There have been numerous incidents where I call and am spoken to incredibly rudely for no reason whatsoever. My requests, which are typical requests of an optometry clinic, such as ordering contacts, are met with attitude that makes me feel like the receptionist feels like she is doing me a favor and is annoyed with me. I actually dread calling Vista Eye Care because of how I am spoken to and will be switching eye doctors because of this, despite being a regular client there for the past six years.

Great Doctor. Always keen to explain how it all works and fun place visit. Will keep going back for sure.
