This week my husband I rented a heated indoor storage unit and we were impressed with the high customer service standards.
This team wants it to be a good experience and have you smiling. Our 1st phone contact w/Leesa was professional & friendly. Within an hour we had toured, identified a suitable unit & signed up. Later in the day we started to move our items.
The next am I realized that I may have left my scarf on their premises. I called & Jane gladly said she would check their 'lost & found' area. It was not there. Jane then offered to report it to their maintenance team.
The next day Leesa called to inform me that my scarf had been located & I could pick it up in the office! CCTV revealed where I dropped it & how it was recovered.
Who does that? This team exceeded my expectations & really cares for their customers!!response / report this review -

Josie and Rocco were looking for storage facility in Richmond hill and found Abacus Storage only 2 Kilometers away from our current address.
My wife and I called and spoke with Lisa.
Lisa was very polite and knowledgeable and we were impressed with the information that she provided.
We agreed on terms and just signed on with Abacus.
Thank you Lisa for the exceptional customer service you provided.

Convenient self-storage location with keypad access seven days a week, automatic gate that locks up overnight, and a clean and simple office with all the storage supplies you may be seeking. Prices are reasonable and the facility is clean, no frills but provides all the necessities. Ground floor and second floor storage, second floor has a manually operated elevator that will fit most loads (I mean, if it doesn't fit the elevator it probably won't fit into your storage unit.) the driveway in may seem a little hidden for those not familiar with the area, so drive slowly and be on the lookout for signage.

horrible experience! i will never recommend to anyone! the receptionist is extremely rude and they delete bad reviews to not be exposed for their bad behaviors and the way they run their business!!! do yourself a favor and go somewhere else -

Abacus is a clean, well lit and friendly facility.. I have had an excellent experience with the Office staff there.. I would be a returning customer to the storage facility if I needed to do so and would recommend Abacus to anyone who asked me about it.

I am very happy that I chose Abacus Self Storage as my storage facility. The grounds have always been clean and it is both safe and easy to gain access through the gate, doors and storage units. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. I would recommend Abacus Self Storage to anyone looking to store their items.
