Do yourself a favor and ask for Jensen, she is very helpful and has a great attitude. I was there for 2 hours, and tried on soo many dresses. She never lost her patience with me, she asked all the right questions and made objective obeservations that helped me narrow my choice down to my dress! She was as excited for me that I found my dress as if she had known me for years.
I would recommend 7th Avenue and Jensen to anyone who wants to feel like they're the only one in the store.response / report this review -

Great experience EVERY time. Shopping for our family's third occasion needing a gown. Earlier in the day we'd had a very good experience at a different shop, but we knew we weren't ready to buy 'til we'd stopped at 7th to compareturned out we were right about that.
As usual, the staff made it great with plenty of suggestions and a keen interest in helping us find a dress we really loved. As a bonus, we gleaned lots of hints for wearing comfort on "the big day". Shout out to Stephanie for all her cheerful help!response / report this review -

Was very particular in the style of dress that I was looking for and didn't have much luck at other bridal stores in town as they all tried to up-sell me on everything! Went to 7th Avenue as a walk in and was instantly greeted with a lovely smile! The staff went above and beyond for me, they were so gracious from start to finish. Even at my alterations appointment I couldn't have been happier with the service. All staff was attentive and professional, and I highly recommend if you want a wonderful experience head to 7th Avenue, they won't disappoint!

Terrible, Terrible experience. I would not recommend this Bridal Shop to anyone. We purchased a sample dress from them, and they promised to fix it all up and it would be good as new (the first of many broken promises). At the first alternations appointment, I left in tears and the owner just said I needed to trust the alterations person. At every appointment I asked when the bead work will be finished (lots of loose beads) and every time the response was the same, "oh its going to be finished, it will be perfect". I asked for the inner corset to be taken in at every appointment, in the end it never was. 10 days before the big day, the dress was still too long in the front and my daughter couldn't walk in it. I later called the store and spoke to the owner who AGAIN promised the dress would be fixed and perfect at the next fitting. Next fitting, 3 days before my daughters day and it's still too long, the beadwork hasn't been fixed, I'm not sure they did anything to it. We agreed to come back 1 day before, 1 day!! I called and moved the appointment earlier in the day as I already didn't trust that it would be right. Glad I did, 1pm the day before and still too long to walk. We were told well, she'll just have to carry it then. The seamstress asked how she was suppose to fix the hem with such short notice? Hilarious really, when they had several appointments to get it right. We came back to the store at closing, the seamstress was gone and it was just the owner. She NEVER apologized, NEVER acknowledged the undo stress they caused us, NEVER acknowledged the broken promises, NOTHING. She charged me $587 for alterations! Ridiculous! Any good business owner, tries to made amends for their mistakes, not this business. Take your business elsewhere.

Went here for a bridal dress appointment a while back and the bridal consultant was horrible. Had 2 other appointments that day at other bridal stores and it was by FAR the worst. The staff at places we had no appointment at all were actually friendlier and more helpful. She picked maybe 2 dresses for me the rest I picked myself. She seemed completely unhappy and like she hated her job or just didn't like us. But it's your job!!! Questions were answered with snotty sounding answers and I don't know if she smiled once. The store is small and cramped and change room area is far from ideal but if the service was good this could all be looked past. The bridal dress shopping experience should be a special one and they fell soooo short! Will

My maid of honor and I searched around town for the perfect dresses for the girls! We had found one that we liked at another store but seriously did not like the experience or how the staff treated us! By fluke we went to 7th Ave not knowing they carried the same line and Carly our sales associate was so nice and gave us our space as we looked around at other dress styles! Once we agreed on a style and were discussing when to buy and such Carly gave us an additional 15% off for all the bridesmaids dresses! All in all we were so impressed by Carly and all the staff that made our experience so fantastic!
