THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!! So thankful my friend recommended CKLY Fashion to me. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress along with all my bridesmaid dresses there. The girls were amazing and made the process so easy! Being so helpful, they were able to find me a dress that accentuated my best features. The price was affordable and the owner, Kelly, was so sweet! I would recommend this Bridal Shop to anyone and everyone (which I have been sending everyone I know there). Don't waste your time anywhere else!!

My overall experience with CKLY fashion was great! I went there to look for a wedding dress and veil and found the perfect one. The store owner was willing to negotiate the price, as I was on a tight budget. The dress had to be taken in and Tammy did a wonderful job. It fit me perfectly.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here, staff is very friendly and didn't push sales tactics on me. Everyone was very genuine and you can tell they have alot of experience in the bridal field not to mention the beautiful gowns, so many to choose from but thank you Kelly for helping me pick out the one that fits me best! Simply Amazing start to finish, highly recommended for anyone looking for bridal!

My daughter went to look for a grad dress. As soon as we walked in the door, they were there to help us. Asking what kind of dress my daughter had in mind, our sales associate brought in several for her to try on and also let her choose the ones that caught her eye. They took the time with each dress she tried and made her feel special in each one.The customer service is second to none. She did purchase her favorite and the owner even gave her an extra discount. We will definitely return should we need a formal gown. I recommend you check them out. You won't be disappointed.

What a mess of a place. CK LY Fashion is where I ordered my wedding dress and veil. I picked out my veil in July, 2017. I went to try on my dress and veil for the last time last weekend. I had my dress on and asked for MY veil and the woman named Tammy grabbed one off of the rack and put it on me. I noticed right away it was not mine. So, I asked her for mine (I had special ordered a double veil with NO trim a month prior). She said she didn't have it and she thinks it was misplaced while steaming the dress. Keep it mind, she told me she ordered it a month ago and had it. So, she said she will find it and we can pick up the veil and dress a few days later. My mom went to get the dress since I was at work, and she brought it home. Today I went to see it and noticed right away that it wasn't my veil. The one they gave me was satin trimmed and was not a double. My dress isn't even satin so I'd be crazy to get a satin veil. The one they gave me was a single NOT a double veil. I called them and they told me that it was never ordered. I was LIED to the last time I was there. They told me they had it and I trusted them. They never ever ordered it when I picked it out. They didn't even attempt to order it when they realized it wasn't with my dress last weekend. And, they wouldn't even admit what happened! All she kept saying was "mistakes happen" and "we can still order it"! That's not what matters! They knowingly gave me the wrong veil hoping I wouldn't say anything! What if I waited until Wednesday like I was going to, to look at my dress?!? I would never have time to order my correct veil! I'm recommending that NO ONE ever go there! This experience was ruined because of their stupidity!!!!
Edit: I should mention that I went into their store today to rectify and to confirm they ordered the right veil! And I cried from being mad, sad and frustrated. During all of his, Kelly the owner LAUGHED at me!! She even rolled her eyes and kept walking away!!response / report this review -

I have dreamed and thought about my wedding for as long as i can remember. With all the joy and laughter a wedding can bring, it can also bring a lot of stress with planning and making sure its exactly how you want it. A Wedding Dress, the most important piece to a wedding and a brides number one priority. I have been to numerous of different places but nothing was popping out and didnt have the greatest customer service. When i walked into Ckly Fashion & Bridal we were immediatly greeted and Kelly who helped us throughout my whole experience was phonomenal and i must say its been the best! Not only did i have so many different options but they were all unique with different style. Kelly was amazing very helpful and understanding. Planning a wedding is stressful enough as it is but shopping for my dress was the least of it all. If you want to be stress free picking out the most perfect dress this is the stop that you will want to shop.

I can not say enough great things about CKLY Bridal. Before I tell my story I urge all brides not to test their patience going to other bridal salons in winnipeg and head over to CKLY. I wish I had that advice when I first started looking for my dress because it would have saved me weeks of stress and countless trips, I must have tried on over 50 dresses all around winnipeg and even in LA when I went for vacation and nothing came close to what I was picturing, not to mention the prices were CRAZY!!! But I had a vision and I was going to do whatever it took to fill it Before going to CKLY I had resorted to trying to find someone who could custom make my dream dress. I was so stressed about this because you never know what you are going to get when someone is making a dress from scratch and you are stuck!!
The ladies here are AMAZING!! Also the dresses can be altered to fit your vision, unlike some other bridal salons where they don't let you do certain things to the dress due to the designers. Also I had no problem taking pictures which was a huge help trying to choose my dress.
I really can not say enough great things about this bridal salon. The seamstress is also amazing and really was able to tune into my very unique and different vision and give me exactly what I was looking for and even better!!!
They really did everything possible to make sure that I was happy.
I am beyond happy! I was about to find a dress in the sale section that was almost perfect on my first trip to the shop. I fell in love instantly but there were a few things I wanted to change. They helped me pin the dress the way I was picturing it and glammed me up with the veil etc and my heart could have exploded.
Again, make sure to go to CKLY you will not regret it!!response / report this review -

Worst experience ever!!!!! My mom ordered a dress from here for my wedding and payed in full for it. They phoned her almost 2 weeks later saying the dress had been discontinued and that she could not have her money back but instead she could pick something else from their store. How in good faith could they keep someone's money for and item that they do not even carry? Because my mom hates conflict she ended up buying a pant suit to wear to my social because there were no dresses that she liked as much as the first. In my opinion their low prices are not worth paying for something that no longer exists! This place is a joke.

I bought my prom dress, grad dress, and 3 bridesmaids dresses for different weddings here. I will also be shopping here for a maid of honour dress this summer. Really great customer service and reasonable prices. The dresses are beautiful, comfortable and made very well. My greatest dress shopping experiences have all taken place in this store.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! On December 17th my teenage daughter was persuaded by the owner of this store into purchasing a special order 650.00 dress! The owner required a deposit of $324.88 so she could order the dress in a size 0. While the owner was fawning over how beautiful my daughter looked in the dress and that it was the perfect dress for her, she failed to explain the no return policy on dress purchases. I phoned the owner this morning requesting to cancel the dress order (which hasn't arrived at the store yet) and expressed that I would be happy to pay a restocking fee or cancellation fee. I explained that my young daughter had made a poor judgement and felt that she was intimidated by the owner into ordering the dress. The owner explained that the non return policy is printed on the receipt and that she would not cancel the order or return any of our money! I explained that I would be happy to pay a reasonable fee for her trouble. She kept repeating that the no return policy was written on the receipt and when the dress came in, I would need to pay the balance. The owner of this store clearly earns her money by taking advantage teenage girls looking for prom dresses. I live in the U.S. and have never experienced such a lack of customer service when purchasing high end dresses, ever! Shame on you CK Ly Fashion!

I purchased my grad gown from this location back in 2012 and they had excellent service until it came to picking it up. As I am from 2 hours away we had decided to get my dress altered somewhere closer to home since we didn't have a lot of time to be driving back and forth for fittings, and they had a problem with this and gave us attitude about it. Now I purchased my wedding gown and I am IN LOVE with it and this time we let them do the alterations. They had excellent service while we were shopping and even when we brought it in for alterations. They had quoted us a certain price for the alterations as the dress was 3 sizes too big everywhere when we had purchased it and since the gown had been discontinued we could no longer order the size I needed. This was fine since I loved the dress and they had promised they could make it fit me like a glove regardless and they had even given us a really good price for ALL alterations. We asked them to write this down on our receipt as proof and they refused and told us not to worry because they would remember and give us this price when we come in for alterations. We figured they had such great service that this part of it would be no problem either. Now we went to pick it up after alterations and they over doubled the price they had quoted us. We are VERY unimpressed. We tried to get them to stand beside their word but that didn't help. So if you do go there, they have great customer service until it gets to alterations and such, so beware. If they quote you a price MAKE SURE TO GET THEM TO WRITE IT DOWN, no matter how much they resist this, since they apparently can not be held accountable by their word.
