Bought my car from them in March and the buying experience was very good, the salesmen were knowledgeable and weren't pushy.
When I took my car back for the free oil change that came with the car it all went smoothly until I picked the car up and there was dust wiped all over the, *black* paint. I found multiple new scratches as if the person "washed" it with a dirty brush. Not only that but I found two new dents in the doors, when I took it back they denied any responsibility and said that because they washed it I was just looking at the car closer, they offered to try and buff some of the scratches out but that didn't do anything.
I already recommended this dealer to my brother who bought his car here, but I won't be doing that again.
I work in the service industry and I know we would not deal with our customers like I have been treated. I take great care of my car and am proud of it. But, they did take care of it like I expected. I will not be going there again. I was reluctant to post this review, but I think other people shoud know too.

I recently applied for a used vehicle from this dealership. Most dealership I've ever been in have a price list of vehicles they have in their lot but this dealership apparently price their vehicle as you walk in because I was seating in their lobby for a good 3 hours before I actually filled up an application. I must admit, I don't have that good of a credit but willing to put a little down payment for the vehicle. A week has passed and no one has called me back if I was approved or not so, I decided to call them back. Sure enough my application was declined but I just wish they would've let me know a little sooner.

I went to Vickar after finding out that I was declined from this dealership. Surprisingly I was approved for a loan that is more than I applied for at birchwood with a much lower interest.

My advice to those of you who read this review..don't waste your time in this dealership. If you must because the vehicle you want is in this dealership, just make sure you are dressed nice to get their attention. Because if you walk in there with just shorts & t-shirts, good luck trying to get the salesman's attention.

Completely unsatisfied with my experience at Birchwood Infiniti.

They had a week to get my vehicle ready (cleaned and detailed, windows tinted, accessories installed). Tried to get me to come and pay for the vehicle and drive off with it before everything was done and to "bring it back" in the following weeks to get all of the extras installed. After refusing the first time, I was asked to come in again to pay for the vehicle and take possession of it because the accessories that I had gotten them to throw in were "on backorder". Funny how that comes up on the final day of the month (meeting sales quotas, I presume?), and there was no mention of these backordered parts was made in the preceding week.

So I take off work early to go down and sign the paperwork, which was a disaster in and of itself and took an hour because it was riddled with errors and inconsistencies based on the original offer. And once it was all said and done, my vehicle was covered in a layer of dirt and dust and was not even ready for me to drive away with.

All in all, five hours of my evening wasted waiting to drive off with my incomplete vehicle. Still need to bring it back when the accessories arrive from Japan, apparently.

Completely unacceptable, and would never purchase from again. I guess I'm stuck with the vehicle for now but I would never recommend any one deal with these people.

This dealership is by far the worst one I have ever been in. I walked in and applied for financing on a used vehicle. I was told they will get back to me as soon as they hear anything from the bank. Unsure if I was approved or not I called them back after 3 days to let them know that I also have a co-signer if necessary. A week has passed and no call back what so ever. I went to BMW instead sent in my application same day I got my answer and pick up my car the following day.

Cory and the service team at Birchwood Infiniti went out of their way to ensure my car was looked at thoroughly and exceeded all expectations that I'd have of a service department.

If you are getting work done here, you can guarantee Kory will take care of you. You often get what you pay, the quality of the work and people are worth every penny. Thank you Kory and birchwood infiniti, you have a customer for life. or as long as I own an infiniti

Had my 2015 Q50S 18K maintenance visit to Birchwood Infiniti, my first time to dealer. It was a very pleasant experience, Service Advisor Kory was excellent in giving options, explain benefits, frequent update on status. Cost is fair for a premium brand. Rate service department 5 out of 5

    Shady Business!!

Long story short, my new car was having severe throttle delay. From my research there was new software available through the dealership that could fix it. I spoke to their service advisor who said that I could come down and have my car re programmed and it would be covered under my warranty and I wouldn't have to pay a thing. I was very pleased and made an appointment.
I live about 2 hours from the dealership so I booked the morning off and was there first thing. I met with the person who I had been emailing and spoke to on the phone about my problem ( Kory Soloway). It was at that point he told me that if my car did not require the software update or if it had already been completed for the previous owner that I would have to pay $150 out of pocket, just for them to check it.
I understand everything costs money but this could have been explained to me before I booked off work and made the drive in which already put me out over $150. I was not impressed with this at all and left. I love my car but I will never go to or recommend this dealership to anyone. You would think a luxury car for a luxury price would come with decent customer service!
