All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even on the busy days they try to make time to greet and check in with the customers individually and are genuinely excited about trying to make the best experience.

The team at Crown Mazda is just that. They work as a team to give their customers the best buying experience. As an Automotive Instructor and a car guy that has bought many new cars, i can tell you that the Crown group is easy to deal with. They're friendly, knowledgeable and honest, no hidden cost and high pressure sales. Great team at Crown Mazda. I bought a 2015 Mazda 3. Scott was an amazing sales rep and you could tell
He geinuely cared about what I wanted ( which is rare in the car business trust me I know lol). Mike is also a great general manager he got me what I wanted for my trade and I left the showroom happy with no regrets. I will be sure to send all my friends to crown Mazda the best dealership in the city!!

Staff were amazing. Arranged a test drive and when we got there, there was a sign saying "this vehicle is ready for ______",making it special and memorable right from the start. Plus, the Salesperson was not pushy at all! He was straight up, knew what kind of price roughly the vehicle would be selling for, and we didn't waste hours with the back and forth between the used car manger and salesperson. We didn't end up purchasing as we wanted to think about it, but when we did go back to buy, it sold. Darryl still worked with me all week to find that same vehicle, and kept in touch. We didn't end up purchasing from Crown Mazda, but I wish we had! What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend Darryl as a salesperson :)

We appreciate the service we receive at Crown Mazda. The staff are pleasant and knowledgable. Our car appointments are handled efficiently and our vehicle is always washed when we pick it up. They are the first dealer that we have used for service after purchase and we have owned many cars.

I am happy to say that the excellent service I received from the Service Centre translates to the sales and finance staff as well. Am in the market for a new suv. Walked in and absolutely no one around to help. Not even a receptionist to tell us where the sales peeps are. Looked at want we want on the showroom floor. Left after 20 minutes. Liked the vehicle but we will buy elsewhere. Can not imagine what the repair service would be like if they can't even look after the front. Very poor non service.

It was great dealing with Darrell and Cam in purchasing my new CX-5. I did some research, worked with them and got a great deal. Understanding they are in the business of making money, I did feel they were open and honest through our negotiations. They were also able to meet the deadline I set in finding the vehicle. Only a minor complaint, I just wished the finance person was as tactful to round out the experience. He literally grabbed the check out of my hand which kind of made the experience a bit sour.

I have been dealing with Crown Mazda's service department for the last 4 years and I have yet to come across a friendlier and genuine service team. As service manager, Aron has always made an effort to interact with customers and ensure their experience is positive. Whenever I've had any concerns he's gone out of his way to ensure they were solved and addressed. Derek, one of the longer serving technicians is also very friendly and I think it says a lot about the company that Aron and his team of Mazda technicians has remained relatively stable over the years I've been going there. I look forward to continue servicing my Mazda3 with Crown and hopefully will be able to purchase a new Mazda from Crown the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I'm so happy with my experience here at Crown Mazda on Portage Ave!! Both Sherril ( Product Advisor ) and Bob ( Financial Services ) were so kind and so helpful when it came to making a decision on what kind of car I should get as well with the final touches when it came down to payments etc. Both of them were not pushy at all unlike some dealerships! I walked out of there today with a brand new vehicle and I can honestly say I had the best team from Crown Mazda on Portage Ave helping me out! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there! Completely 100% satisfied!!

We were lucky to have Ash walk us through our first time buying a car from a dealership. He knew what we needed every step of the way and calmly waited for us while we made our decision. There was not only no pressure but also lots of good conversation. Everyone who works there treated us like family: Brian was awesome with our financing, and they even gave us lunch on a Saturday. Our great thanks to Ash, who we will recommend to all our friends. Crown Mazda has become our car place.

My whole experience at Crown Mazda was excellent, right from scheduling a test drive to signing the papers and driving away! The staff here clearly care about their customers and want to make your experience a pleasant one. Brendon Price, my salesman was superb and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Financing was a breeze and Brian was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend Crown Mazda to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car and look forward to dealing with them again in the future!
