I've been to this island numerous times and this is by far the best place to stay for groups by far. They have thought of everything and the accommodations are incredible.

Lupe the manager was always super friendly and helpful. Villa we stayed at was amazing. Grounds are well maintained and clean.

lovely area, clean, quiet and pretty pool well kept grounds and pretty condo. really great that local vendors bring you breakfast each morning and the staff at Seascape are so laid back and accommodating. we just picked up two golf carts at the airport and drove to this condo. about a 20 min Fun adventurous ride. Las terrazas nearby with Excellent food! and our favorite Belize dive shop is a 2 minute walk--
White Sands Dive shop.
