Glad we stopped. We gapped lunch at the resort after visiting the ruins in San Ignacio. The food was great and the staff was very professional. The casino was small with not much atmosphere but looks like a promising place to get late night drinks in their lounge in the back which was closed during our visit. Would definitely make a point to plan a visit if we're in the area again.
Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the Iguana Project which was really cool. Learned lots of interesting facts. These creatures are amazing.
I love the iguana project that the hotel has. They are such lovely creates. Apart from that the hotel and staff itself are amazing. Nice swimming pool. The hotel is not far from major businesses in town. Casino is nearby.
Good hotel - very nice staff for the most part - dinner was very good. Breakfast one morning took over an hour. Nice pool, good concierge - would stay again. Kids liked Iguana tour
Everything was fabulous! Food was great, pool and rooms were clean. Close proximity to anything and everything you could possibly need. The only thing that could be better was the Wi-Fi but we were on vacation so it didn't really matter to us!
Jerry Woods place to stay not that expensive service was really good very friendly people I will return your again someday.
Great hotel, good spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Slightly out of town location, but a safe walk (albeit you've got to get up the hill!). Cool Iguana sanctuary, bird watching and tennis court all on site. Oh, and the food is good. It might be a little more expensive than some of the other local options but well worth it
My wife and I stayed here for the first leg of our trip to Belize. The accommodations and grounds far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at check-in with damp towels to cool off and they gave us a tons of info and led us on a tour of the facilities. All of their staff were well organized and very friendly, the accommodations were some of the best we had come across in Belize. There concierge Reuban was the most helpful. He helped us in every way possible to make sure our time in San Igancio was Un-Belize-Able! We would highly recommend staying here while in San Ignacio.
Best place to stay in San Ignacio. Walking distance from Cahal Pech and best eateries in downtown. Excellent staff, going the extra mile to make your visit the best. The lady at the reception borrowed me her own umbrella as he loaner umbrellas in the hotel were all taken but never once told me it was hers. This resort has its own hiking trail and iguana project. Will definitely stay here in the future and will highly recommend this place.
Lovely place and lovely people. Short walk to town (be prepared for hot, humid weather). Top notch customer service and facilities from the room to the pool to the restaurant.
This is a very elegant resort.
It has a nice conference room.
The food is great.
My wife and I stayed here on a personalized package and we stayed in the honeymoon suite. It was a beautiful resort with extremely attentive and friendly staff. They are also home to a green iguana sanctuary. The resort is very close to Mayan tour locations amd the staff and guides provided by the resort were very knowledgeable. The food from the attached restaurant was also the best we had in Belize!
We did not stay at the hotel, but we ate lunch there and did the iguana tour. The lobby and restaurant was really nice (upscale relative to San Ignacio). The iguana tour was neat, lots of photo opportunities.
Best ever service and staff. Clean, palatial. I wish loved that they arranged all of our tours for us and we paid at the début for all of the tours. Can't say enough good.
It was wonderful. Catered to our every need. The hotel is very private beautiful and comfortable as well as secure. It's the best hotel/resort I've stayed at.
Excellent hotel in San Ignacio - we've stayed here twice now and will absolutely stay here again. They make it super easy to go on day trips to fun places like Tikal, Caracol, Cahal Pech, ATM Cave, cave-tubing, and many more adventures.
Beautiful place, shirt walk up hill from heart of San Ignacio
Great people and service. I give 4 stars because dining could use a little improvement. Otherwise a great place to stay and tours are great. Highly recommend! Must see the ATM caves!
Amazing food and wine selection paired with friendly staff. One of the top resort/restaurants in San Ignacio.
Nice pool. Great to grab a drink here and chill out while waiting for the iguana tour. The tour is about an hour and is $9 US which seems like a lot to feed and pet them but goes to their hatchery project.
