Went on our ATM tour through Pacz and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like we were learning far more than the tour groups around us. The ATM was the coolest experience of our lives and already want to come back to do it again! It is a little bit more physically demanding than advertised but it is well worth it! Words cannot describe!

Some friends and I took a Pacz tour to the ATM caves. The tour and the caves are absolutely amazing. It is an incredible site to see and something that I will always remember. Oscar was our tour guide, and he was incredible. He had us turn our headlamps off in the caves to get a sense of how dark it is inside. He would also point things out with just his flashlight, which would make it easy to see. He was full of information and could answer just about any question we asked him. When I go back to San Ignacio, I will be using Pacz for tours of the ATM caves.

Pacz tours and our tour guide Bruce were beyond excellent! We went with Bruce to see Caracol and Lamanai. Both trips require multi hour drives (and a boat ride for Lamanai) to the ruins. Bruce supplied us with interesting information about Belize and making the car ride fly by. I really recommend using these guys!

Was debating on the ATM tour $85 or the Tikal tour $145. We decided on Tikal Mayan Ruins.
Had an excellent time. Picture don't do Tikal justice. It's a step back in time. Amazing what the native people of this land were able to do thousands of years ago. Incredible Tour.

Oscar the guide is one of the rudest people ever, this feeling was shared across our group . I guess after guiding for so long he hates his job (it shows) and feels its ok to be dismissive and generally ignorant to the people in the group if they ask basic questions about the tour. Just go with another tour company; these guys are nothing special and the lunch was like something leftover from a prison, which was indeed suitable as we were treated like prisoners by Oscar and his dopey colleague.

Made reservations on-line. Communication was great and Bob absolutely made sure that all the details were covered. Oscar was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide thru the ATM cave. Hugo was also a great and knowledgeable guide in Tikal. I highly recommend these guys!
