my family loved this place. the service is amazing. the rooms are absolutely beautiful. the food is incredible, with all fruits and vegetables grown onsite. juices are fresh squeezed and drinks were unique, fun, and tasty. everyone we interacted with was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

This was a wonderful location for us to experience Belize for the first time. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and it was perfect setting for the wedding we attended. It was close to Myan Ruins and worked to set up tours to other local places. This place is highly recommended.

I don't know if I've been treated better by any place I've stayed. We honeymooned in Belize starting in San Ignacio. Ka'Ana was a great choice! After we got settled, they sat us down and shared a brandy made of a local fruit to figure out our schedule. They arranged drivers for all of our activities who picked us up at no charge. I think a lot of these companies would've done it on their own, but it was super convenient that they confirmed it. The food at the restaurant was really good too. At dinner we were able to pre-order breakfast that was delivered to our room. They staff would also sneak desert (a small tart of some sort) into our fridge each night. The mini bar was restocked each day and the beers and waters were pretty reasonably priced.

If you're planning on staying in San Ignacio give Ka'Ana some serious consideration.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was one of the best experience we have had at a resort. Everything was personalized and complete catered for us. We were always greeted by our names and the employees took their time to learn about you and seemed to genuinely care. All of the expeditions we went on through the resort were a blast, we had great tour guides. This is sure to be a trip we will not soon forget.

Spectacular and far beyond all our expectations of what a resort could offer, especially in the middle of Belize's jungle.

The accommodations are just as beautiful as the photos, but they do not provide you the real story of why this place deserves 7 out of 5 stars.

Aside from the custom tailored welcome drinks, infinity pool, picturesque landscape, complimentary yoga, and nightly surprises left during turn down service, you will find extraordinary staff that take pride in their work and always greet you with their warmest smiles. It is thanks to them that you learn about the resorts culture of sustainability, walk through the gardens where they pick herbs and vegetables for your smoothies and dinner , see the chickens that lay the eggs you eat for breakfast and learn about Belize with your own private wine-cellar meet and greet (and drink).

Whether you splurge and spend one or seven, it is worth the travel across the country (and it's many speed bumps) to get to your own little bit of paradise.

Jason and his entire staff are simply amazing! If you want to be pampered this is the place for you. The resort is small, secluded, and quiet. The restaurant staff is friendly and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. They will provide guides, transportation and everything you need for your activities. Visit Maya ruins, go zip lining, canoeing, tubing or kayaking just to mention a few things. Relax in the pool after you get back from your outing, relax with a massage, or a cool drink at the bar.

This place was recommended to us by friends who stayed here last year and boy are we lucky we took their advice! This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, and we travel quite a bit. Staff to guest ratio is like 2:1. The villas are spacious and romantic. Have breakfast brought to your room and eat on the screened in porch while taking in the beauty of the property. Book an adventure tour through the concierge. These are private tours! We did the day trip to Tikal for the Mayan ruins and the day trip to zip line and cave tube. Everything about this place is amazing. The on-site bar and restaurant are fantastic as well. Only wish we had more time there to check out the spa. Will have to return! :)

When it comes to customer service this place has the best customer service that myself as a Google guide have ever received. the customer services better than the Ritz-Carlton. It almost feels like you have a butler or maid but we dont, that's how close the relationship is with the workers. All the way down to the groundskeepers have great discussion. I wanted to specially thank Clive and Wolfgang for the impeccable service I will recommend this place to all my friends and you should come too when it comes to the workers I would like to thank Rico and Elito for taking care of us. Rico knowing that he's on the night shift and I will be checking out in the morning gave me a real big hug. I was really pleased. All the ladies here feel like they're my sister or close Family. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name but this is a solid team here. As soon as I walked in the door, I was offered something. When it comes to the food here you will savor every bite and take your time. they have an organic garden it's actually a small farm that all the food that they cook here they pull it fresh from that location, So giving.24hr pool, wow. I can go on and on but basically what I'm trying to say is before you die you better come here to experience Heaven on Earth.♡♡♡☆☆☆

A lovely luxury resort. Best food I've had in Belize, with fantastic cocktails and straight farm (which they'll take you to) to table ingredients. The rooms are spectacular and private, just what we needed. The service was impeccable. Also highly recommend sitting in the yoga platform during the sunset - highlight of my trip.

Amazing facility but outside the city and happenings therein. All the staff are super polite and welcoming. Very organized. When we booked tours, they would drop off itinerary to our room the evening before so that we knew what time we needed to be ready and what to bring etc.
