I was there in Holy Week. everything was fine but the internet did not work. They also stole my belongings. They robbed me when they cleaned the room. Among the things that were stolen are sandals, a scarf and a neck pillow tavel. I was in room C303 with my family from March 25 to March 28.

The front desk staff was split. One was passive aggressive and couldn't hide his distain for us. The other was warmer and friendly (ish). The cleaning staff was rude. The Chinese orders were almost all very friendly and kind. We spent 8 nights there and they were great to us.
Superficially clean but actually kinda dirty. Pool was nice. Kitchen will kill you with the diseases present.
For the money, best deal on the island.
Also, kinda sketchy crowd gathered at night for to the casino.

Awful. Don't stay here. The shower was either too hot or two cold. The toilet seat was broken. The room flooded during a storm. Staff didn't fix issues when we asked them.

AWFUL PLACE! Don't stay there unless you absolutely have to. It's not hygienic, bad smell all around and mistreated dogs.

This has to be the worst hotel in all of Belize. First don't bother taking your shoes off, floors are filthy. Second don't stay here. Better off paying a bit for better place. I over heard some staff talking about the bed bugs in some rooms. Save yourself!!

Horrible hotel. I would love to give it less than one star. Broken beer bottle on front step for three days. The so called swimming pool stunk so bad that you couldn't sit in the dirty deck chairs. They were doing body work on a pick up truck right beside the dirty pool so even if you could have braved the stench of the pool there was grinding noise going on all day. Rooms not much better. Dirty fridge. Dark and dreary. There was no where to sit and relax. There are lots of great hotels find one and do yourself a favour. Note: There's a sign outside their hotel that says. Your satisfaction is our reward. What a joke.

Google Maps location is wrong(this place is located next to Chinatown Market). Hot water and water pressure worked MOST of the time.
