Rooms are small but adequate for budget minded travelers. Location is great and within walking distance to everything.

When we booked this hotel they told us that we were going to have a lot of stuff in our room but when we got there it was not true our room was a mess.

Spend a dollar more and stay somewhere else. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. It takes approx twenty minutes per person for check in. Construction is nonstop six days a week. Breakfast is one bagel with jelly or butter. The provided hot plate for meals was broken and they just shrugged their shoulders and said someone must have broken it The room was nice, but that was all.

Great place to stay and just Relax..Don't get bamboozled with the $25 or $40 lobsterIf you ask one of the guys on the dock, you can get them 1/2 price. Popeyes has a grill that they'll let you use. Have a lobster grilling party for less than $100. And check out this Sunrise..

renovations going on. Nothing fancy but it works. Wi-Fi is terrible to non-existent. Free breakfast is only a bagel or one piece toast and coffee. Hot water is a hit and miss for showers.

For the price you would think the wifi would work. The new owners are clearly doing some upgrades and the guy who did breakfast in the morning was great. Had hot water the first two nights but not after, and unfortunately probably due to the rain our bathroom smelt awful. The location is great.

I had a really good deal for a dormitory room because it was in August and off season. It had AC and hot shower. It would've even better if wi-fi was stronger.

This hotel has big rooms with one really hard and one really soft and comfortable queensize bed. We did have a kitchen, fridge and coffeemaker which was nice. Also we had Arco although it wasn't really responsive to adjustment. The wifi worked only half the time in our room. The pool was also a small let down for us since it was small and only had two seats next to it. Considering the price I would rate this hotel only three stars.

Nice sea view from upstairs rooms, good pool, Popeye's has nice location and good apartment style rooms with kitchen, and big balconies.
