Had to go in at 11pm on Wednesday night w uti. Didn't get out until 2. Busy with a major stabbing/fight walking in with a several people dripping blood right through lobby. All serious injuries get top priority. Nurses and Dr were very competent and friendly when I got in, it just took alot of waiting. Cost nearly 280.00 and I was glad for the help.

If you don't go in the early morning hours you would be sitting and waiting for about say 2 to 6 hours

My 10 year old daugter crushed her finger in the car door and we have been waiting over five hours for her to see a doctor. Apparently a kid in pain with an injured finger is not considered an emergency and does not qualify for urgent care. We are still waiting. PLEASE HELP!!!!! WE NEED BETTER SERVICE AROUND HERE.

What amazing services. We went to the vaccine clinic at it was quick and simple, even though we were visiting the Bahamas. Cost? Free. Then we went to the 4pm clinic to get a doctor's note. There was a wait of about 90 minutes as the Dr was still doing his rounds. But this was a fraction of what it would have taken in a Canadian hospital. Total cost for appointment and note, $35. Very happy with the people, service, cost, and time. Walking distance to the downtown bus stop.
