Small hotel, at reasonable price, clean , and friendly staff, you will need a car to stay here, since the location is far from Lucaya.

This area was affected by the hurricane, as you come thru the channel you can't help but notice the 3 or 4 hotels that were damaged and closed. They are starting to bring Sunrise back to life. When they get everything back to ship shape - it will be nice. At this time, they do not have a restaurant or bar. It is an older hotel but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have bikes that you can ride to the nearest grocery store & bar. We had a boat slip and a room. The dock had water, electric, and wifi. This is a fisherman's hotel!

Was nothing like posted on the internet. The pictures must have been before the storm they had in October. The rooms had no microwave, the beds are hard and the AC made loud noises. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Unorganized do not book of airbnb.they messed up our reservation. Nice people but aware how airbnb works. Undercharged and did not get our money.

Clean, safe, great value and very friendly staff. Perfect for a quick fishing getaway. Boat docked right outside room and yellow fin tuna on ledge right off shore from harbor.

Harbor is well protected from elements and has Knowles marine if you need fuel or help with anything. I cleared customs at west end but Sunrise is a port of entry if you want to head straight here.

I'm on WiFi now in room and it's very fast. Have made multiple VoIP calls back to states with no lag on either side. Will be back.

Google maps has the wrong location for sunrise on map but may be corrected soon. Its the old Running Mon Marina if you can find that in GPS. Also, no food on site but they call a cab to take you wherever you want. Lucaya is $16 taxi away but Sunrise Marina and some local restaurants are much better.
