Beautiful hotel with lots of history, the staff is really friendly. Make sure you buy a cigar freshly made on the spot and visit the new winery across the street, amazing staff!! The only nice spot in Nassau

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced, from fast food to five star locations. My wife and I went for a fifth anniversary celebration. She had looked forward to going for over a month. Once seated, we had to ask for a wine menu multiple times. In the first hour we had been served four small pieces of bread, although the waiter was not happy when we asked for more bread, and a glass of wine. We were disappointed and asked for our drink bill so we could go leave, The waiter brought the bill, with no apology. When I paid ($65 for one cocktail and one glass of wine) he mumbled sorry about the mix up, without even making eye contact. When leaving, I related our experience to the owner. While he looked shocked, no apology was offered. The doorman who waived us a cab gave us a very nice apology. He should be given a raise, and the rest of the staff should take lessons from him. Don't waste your time with this pretentious, "five star" establishment.

The Graycliff is an unique hotel in the Bahamas.. one of the largest wine collections definitely in that area and maybe in the southeast. It is a well-preserved Cellar worth your visiting. The food in the restaurant is outstanding for the Bahamas and I highly recommend you visiting it if you go anywhere near there.

Amazing dining experience in the wine cellar. Beautiful live jazz music, great food and cocktails. Very upscale, quite costly but worth it. It really is a heritage place built by the pirates and also in connection with historical figures like Al Capone.

Attended the happy hour in the winery across the road from the hotel. An excellent selection of wine, made from imported grape juice from around the world. On Fridays between 5pm and 8pm it is $20 to drink as much as you like! And a live band as well. If you get peckish, you can order a pizza from across the road.

Always love a Brazilian meat restaurant. The grilled pineapple though is still my favorite! If you can take a walk through the back garden at night. With the lights on it looks magical.

We went for dinner with my wife where we visited Nassau. Excellent food and excellent service. Beautiful interior of the house and lush garden. Expensive but in our opinion the culinary experience is worth the price. We highly recommend for romantic dinner

The food was only nice. The price was way over the top. the most impressive thing about this place is the wine list. Unreal. Over 20,000 bottles of wine in the cellar. The wine list is like an encyclopedia. And you can walk the cellar too and get a guide to tell you about the wines. The gardens are beautiful too. Nice walk before mark course is nice and a walk later on too.

My husband and I frequently dine at Greycliff. It is truly the finest five star fine dining restaurant in all of Nassau and I fall in love with it everytime I climb the stairs to the mansion to enter. The staff is always so pleased to see you. If you get the chance have a pre- dinner drink in the lounge before going to your table, it will take you back in time listening to such talented piano players.
Their extensive menu will make it difficult to choose( their steaks are fabulous). They have one of the most impressive wine cellars I have ever seenso many wines to choose from.
If you are looking for "that extra special" evening, than this is the place!
We are proud to call Nassau home and proud to show off some of our favorite places to family and guests who visit and Greycliff is always on our list.

We had dinner and took a couple of tours at Graycliff. The dinner, wine, and service was above excellence. We cannot give high enough praise for their excellence. Graycliff's dining environment and service is elegant, charming, and polished. Enjoy a talented pianoist while you done, excellent wine recommendes by a knowledge hand, and the best food the island has to offer! Don't forget to ask for the free wine cellar tour after dinner. It's worth the extra five to ten minutes!

In the residential neighborhood. 5 star dining with great service. Make it an event and visit the chocolate factory, cigar rolling and gift shop and when dining in, ask for a tour of the 3rd largest private wine cellar. Roughly 300$ average dinner per couple. Worth it. First five star restaurant on the island.

This is an awesome place to visit and hangout if you are not interested in the crowded and touristy things on the island. All the staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic!! Also, the pool was amazing and is very relaxing. Just don't forget to save a bit of time to check out the cigar and chocolate factories!

As an official Google Local Guide, the food here is out-of-this-world tasty and I'm not afraid to say it. Graycliff has the best food I have ever eaten - all courses included. Everything is fresh, local, and top-notch.
The only thing keeping my score from hitting a perfect 5/5 star rating is the fact that flies occasionally make their way in.

This place is awesome! We did the wine luncheon and our guide, Mike, and our host, Karen were amazing! Food, service, ambiance this place hits it all on the highest level! There is a reason they have so many awards. Also, the rack in the cellar that holds their aged first growths is awe inspiring! Many reasons to come to The Bahamas, but this place is top on my list of why to return!

We went for the Friday happy hour pizza special ($12 for a full 🍕 and $4 Beers). A word of warning it is MUCH more expensive on a normal night. Surroundings are lovely though!

Far from downtown, had to walk a lot to get to the restaurant. Expensive (1 water bottle 7.50$), bugs (ants, flies, 1 bug in my food), 18% gratuity is included in the bill. Food/staff ok, but I wouldn't return or recommend it.

I took the factory tour, it is a quick tour where you can see cigars being rolled, and of course there is a store where you can purchase cigars. They also offer a Cigar and Rum pairing session.
