My second time here in one week. I tried other places but this place got me. This review goes for two seperate rooms. Evrrything is clean and in working order. I have nothing to complain about. Once i come back to nassau this will be the first hotel ill look for.

For 100+ / night it's just a low end motel like in the states. They have a restaurant owned by the hotel, breakfast = eggs. and more eggs nothing special.
The manager told me that I wasn't allow to eat in the lounge ( I brought food I bought out side of the hotel) , apparently because it also their restaurant. they asked me to go out side to eat.. and it was light rain outside. and their lobby / restaurant is super tiny, may be enough sitting for 30 peoples max I under stand but I paid for my room for a whole week, and I couldn't even use the lobby to eat my foods. terrible service, I would never come back.

Pros: close to downtown, so you can walk to catch the bus or ferry.

Cons. loud, you will hear dump trucks every morning at 4 or 5 am and other vehicles delivery stuffs to other business around. , small room, shower water is drippy, toilet clogged. smelly. manager sucks. no elevator,

Very high rates for what's to offer. Still, probably a good deal in Nassau. - Rooms require a general renovation, Internet seldom working, same poor breakfast everyday; + center of Nassau and everything accessible, receptionist can help with all the information you need.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Stayed from Jan 7 to 9th here. I came back to my motel standard filthy room only to find out my toothbrush was smeared in feces. It was probably the housekeeper cleaning the toilet in the room with my toothbrush. I tried to ask for the manager but all the on-duty staffs refused to give out his/her phone number. I was never able to reach out to the manager and was never compensated or reimbursed for my toothbrush replacement. DO NOT BOOK HERE. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS ELSEWHERE IN DOWNTOWN.

Service is great. Food is great. Included breakfast was a bit limited. Rooms are a bit stuffy, but value for money. Nice pool to cool down in. Ask Robbie, barman, to make you a Bahama Mama. Loveit! Location great. US Embassy 3 block away, ferry dock, Downtown shops and Straw market walking distance away.
