Great room and staff. Great view of ocean. No bar or restaurant in the Atlantis hotel. They do have Starbucks and high prices. For exercise, we opened and shut sliding glass door to balcony. Very difficult push and pull.

Loved the experience once again this time. Great stay, thank you reception for upgrading my room with an early check-in, you're the best! Weather was so good, allowing the views from the balcony overlooking the entire island. A+ stay

The Reef at Atlantis is truly the best place to stay. The room & suites are modern and spacious and it was like a dream. The rooms have a full kitchen and your can cook if you like. The kids had them time of their life.

We had reserved a room and they upgraded us to a suite for a small fee. Check out new pool at Corral Towers area. It’s realky fun. Food was crazy good everywhere.

Scenic and beautiful, but poor service and attitude for the price. They’ve invented a lot of ways to charge you - the resort fee, convenience fee, inconvenience fee, cost recovery fee, taxes on fees, taxes of taxes on fees, bad employee attitude fee, gratuities on bad employee attitude fee, mandatory and sometimes undeserved gratuities in addition to gratuities paid in cash, taxes on top of taxes and fees, but the service and food is not up to par. The location and facilities deserve 5 star rating, but the service is barely 2 star and the problem is not with the housekeepers and gardeners but with the management. One would expect this service at 2-3 star hotel, but not at 5 star resort. Probably not coming back as there are a lot of places in Caribbean that provide much better service for the money. Greedy Marriott corporation - take notice. This place is overly expensive, overrated, and NOT WORTH IT.

The hotel the staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They explained in detail the amenities The concierge assisted us with any reservations, and we were escorted to our room.

We had an issue with the temperature of our room, and it was fixed right away. We dined at the hotel every night, and each meal was a culinary experience.

All in all, staff for making these past few days so memorable, and I look forward to coming back It is def not a 5 star experience, but the service level/price is not the same as a One and only , or Rosewood. But for the price point it deserves 5 stars

We loved our vacation at the Atlantis. We stayed in the Reef which was beautiful and a little more exclusive part of the resort. The beach and pool was not as crowded as some other parts of the resort. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids and families. The 1br suite was excellent for early morning breakfast with the full kitchen. As always the water park and aquarium provide hours of entertainment. If the kids go down early the casino is pretty good too. 😎

Nice hotel, good service, tons of stuff to do. What pisses me off is that they changed their policy so that only four devices get complimentary WiFi per room. This sucks if your family has more than four devices as they'll charge you $20/day for every device you add above four.

Relatively good value comparing with other resorts in Atlantis if you prepare to cook for yourself. Rooms are great with views, a little far from the center though. Most rooms come with Kitchenette and are bigger than the average rooms in the other hotel buildings. The ambience of the room and the lobby is also better.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and spacious with both shower and tub. It also had a full kitchen including a stove top, dishwasher and mini fridge. The view was great. Being on the first floor though we didn't get a view of the ocean. Located on Paradise island be prepared to pay a pretty penny if you take a taxi anywhere. There is a flat rate for two guests (dependent on where you are traveling too) and then additional costs for each extra member of your party. You can take a shuttle between the five towers of Atlantis or you can walk. We found that by the time you have waited for the correct shuttle is was quicker to walk. The shuttles have the names of each place they travel listed on the top of the bus in the order they travel so keep this in mind when boarding the bus. Everything closes around 4pm! Pools and other water attractions close around 4pm so if you want to do any of that get it done early in the day. There is a ton to do and see during the day most for all ages. Night life we found to be lacking. There were maybe a couple bars open later and the casino but not much else. You can however walk around the different towers exploring the aquariums (we liked doing this after the pools closed). Dolphin Cay: we did the deep water swim ($242 for two adults) and got snorkel gear. We were put in a group with 4 others and sent out with a trainer and photographer. We got to ride on the dorsal fin, pet the dolphin and have the dolphin push us! Totally worth it. However the shallow water experience (~$100 per person) looked to be not worth the money. It looked like you were put in shallow water and got a little show with the dolphin and maybe got to touch it (not sure) but the show you can see from shore for free. Everything is very expensive. Be prepared to spend a lot of money for food if you eat on resort. Do your research. If something is not marked with a price ask. All in all a good trip.

The Reef Atlantis is fabulous, beautifully appointed facility and rooms. Our suite was very spacious. We ordered room service several times and it was not only delicious but delivered piping hot and set up perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds, pools and slides were amazing and offered so many amenities. Everything was well thought out. The casino was alot of fun, the staff was super. We will return.

The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The room service was a bit disappointing, they had forgotten to clean our room and to bring fresh bottles of water two days in a row. The Reef itself is very quiet and not much is happening here. For experiencing something, you have to walk far or take the shuttle to another hotel. The panorama picture below was the view from our hotel room.

I did not stay at the hotel, just visited the lobby and surrounding area. The reef and cove are the newest and probably the nicest hotels at Atlantis. The beach and pools here are newer and nicer. The only downside is you'll have a bit of a hike to aquaadventure and the features that are more centrally located.

Stayed in an ocean view studio. Great view, super clean. Red flower bath products. Kitchen ware available if you want to cook (LOL, right). Would definitely stay here again.

We had friends who stayed at the Cove. Although their rooms were bigger, definitely felt like our rooms were the same in quality.

Lovely hotel, staff are extremely friendly, went above and beyond to help us. Rooms are spacious, room service food was ok, could be better. The hotel was nice and quiet and had a chilled atmosphere, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful resort. Honestly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Some of the members in our group ran into Shaq eating at one of the restaurants. Only problem we had was one night the wind was so bad it took out the Internet all night so the whole resort shut down no casino, TV, shops were open after 8pm, kind of wasted the night since we could not do anything.

Stayed for 4 nights here and it's over rated. The welcoming was normal. No introduction on the hotel area relevant to the rest of the Atlantis hotel around it. Usually they should provide a map and facilities about the hotel, but it became a guess after we have checked in. They will hold an amount on your credit card, which then we discovered by the bank calling us warning us from the transaction. Even on check out, the amount they have hold will not be deducted from the balance. In fact they will keep that holding money and make another transaction to pay your balance. So basically your credit card will be over charged and doubled in tax. This was not said or even earned by the staff there. The service was slow in some how in the hotel. Even requesting amenities for the room which we never had. Ended up going down to a small grocery of the hotel buying it. In my stay, only had once the room being refreshed back with water and coffee. So visiting that small grocery will be a daily for you to think about. The rooms were nice though and had a small kitchen to help. The park is nice and beach facilities were good. Some restaurants are closed on the weekends, so ask before going and make them call. Even though we asked, we ended up in two we closed. But overall is a good experience but won't visit them again

Our time at Atlantis was fantastic! My girlfriend and I purchased the day aquaventure pass and stayed on the island from 930am to 5pm. While there, we explored the reef, among the other buildings on-site. The location was beautiful and the guests we spoke to seemed to be very happy with the service and accommodations available to them

Beautiful resort, very service oriented to make everything great. The further out you go within the grounds it feels like it needs to be refreshed. I walked in the beach towers and looked in the rooms and it felt old. The waterpark overall is amazing.
