Very well located in the heart of Copacabana, the hotel is close to restaurants, markets, shopping, bars, etc. The lobby is well lightened and the staff speak your language. Great!

Great hotel with beautiful View over Copa Cabana. The breakfast is very good, although you May have to wait for a free Seat in Weekends. Rooftop area with bar and rimless pool

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are big, and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and has he usual items. In my room the shower had some warm water issues, but after 2minutes I could start having my shower. In the evening you must have the caiperinha on the top floor with the great view on the Copacabana and the Cristo statue. Good restaurants in the neighborhood and excellent for a run during the evening. Nice and crowded beach.

One of the "bargains" of Zona Sul. WINDSOR Leme is little of the beaten path yet it has all the comforts and amenities you want. Terrace at the top of the hotel is Awesome

A rather nice hotel. The dinner buffet was nice, not the best for vegetarian patrons, but not empty of choices. Breakfast was great. Lots of fruit and different bread stuffs, assortment of juices. Eggs were a bit runny but they have a custom omelette station to make up for it. Granola was a bit odd but ok. Rooms are spacious but seem to have some odd smells, probably water damage? The staff was very friendly, no complaints there. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Wonderful service and staff. It's the perfect place for families to stay in Copacabana away from the crowed and busy main strip. I recommend getting a suite on the higher floors to get the view and enjoy your stay. FYI the fruits at breakfast are a must.

We had the best week ever. You start by being greeted at the hotel door by João, a very nice guy, then we checked in with a very courteous and professional staff,
Anderson, Carolina, Flavio, Rafael, Maria, neto, Ronaldo, gentleman from Spain( sorry, forgot the name ), Valdeci gave us a hand with the luggages, Jane is a sweet lady that keeps everything spotless in our bedroom, the view is something out of this world, you have great quiosques in front of the hotel, nice for a late drink listening to a nice music and the ocean playing its beauty in the background, Espeto Carioca and one right before it, are great places for a late drink. Right by the Leme Mountain.
The breakfast is really nice and fresh, the staff is also very courteous, warm and professional, Maricela and Bianca are great, the secret is the omelette, ask the guy to make his favorite, it is so delicious, hats off to the staff and the management.
Our favorite place in Rio de Janeiro, we will Definitely come back.response / report this review -

Staff was great. We we're able to exchange money at the front desk and most if not all of the staff spoke English. Housekeeping always did an amazing job. View from the pool is breathtaking. You can see Christ the Reedeemer and most of cocacabana beach from the pool. The breakfast buffet was always a wide and good selection.

Loved it! Stayed here for my trip to the 2016 Olympics, could see the beach volleyball arena from my window. Beautiful rooftop terrace, literally right across from the beach, the breakfast was AMAZING, and beds were very comfortable. It's a little dated, as far as the rooms are concerned but the beds were comfortable and room was clean. There was an odor in bathroom sometimes from water but other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The have a place to hold your luggage if you need it.
