Localização ótima (próximo às praias do Arpoador, Copacabana e Ipanema). Preços do bar altos, mas fazem justiça à qualidade do atendimento.

Bom Hotel. Bem localizado na região do Arpoador, com ótimo custo/benefício. Possui estacionamento mediante pagamento de taxa extra. Atendimento muito bom. Apenas seriam necessário pequenos reparos em alguns acabamentos que estão desgastados, mas nada que comprometa o conforto.

Las habitaciones están bien, buen tamaño, el desayuno bueno muy variado, tiene gimnasio, pero lo mejor es la ubicación se puede ir caminando a copacabana o hipanema.

The Fawty Towers of Brazil. The manager was so rude and bad at his job it was actually funny. Breakfast was not nice. Everything was broken. None of the lights worked in the rooms and we couldn't even lock the doors because the card system kept breaking. The hot tub looked like a dirty pond and the decking area had holes that people's chair legs fall into throwing you out of your chair onto the floor.
The staff were great though and the location is superb. However I would avoid this place like the plague.
Despite all the unacceptable standards of the hotel the worst part by a long way is the owner. He argues with all the guests and treats his staff poorly. He needs to try a new career and get someone else to run what could be a great hotel.

A recepção ao hotel foi muito ruim. O funcionário que me recebeu cobrou um valor indevido e agiu com falta de educação o que deixou uma má impressão e fez com que a estadia já não fosse mais a mesma.

The price and the location is not bad. Staff is nice. But the place is quite noisy, the bed is too short and it did not give a clean feeling. The buble bath at the terrace was not very tempting.
