Stay was good but there is extreme challenge with the staff with respect to language.

Basic Facilities like kettle and iron arent available in the rooms.

The attention is very good, the place is safe, clean and the personnel are kind and helpful.

attendance could be more flexible: we asked to change our room to another floor, where our relatives were in. The man said: there's only one room, that is still being cleaned. After some minutes, another brother in law arrived, asked for 2 rooms, and the other attendant aloccated them in that floor we previously wanted to!

A can't compare it with other places in Sao Paolo since I only checked in here, but it's a pretty place. Rooms are clean, pricey are fair, breakfast is good, staff is courteous and it feels safe.
