Ok hotel, the bed are quite hard and the pillows way too thin. Room was clean. Bring your own shampoo cause you only get a little bit once. The pool on the rooftop is a Nice thing.

Nice apartment style hotel. Do not expect 5 star hotel amenities but staff are helpful while location is excellent with much F&B choice within walking distance.

Both the location and room was very enjoyable. However the bathroom in the room was horrible. The shower in room 145 was TINY, leaked constantly and ran out onto the floor. Was moved to room 138 and the sink/toilet leaked constantly.
Dining room had limited selection compared to IBIS on Palista Ave (fresh omelets available and much better service). The coffee is not even hot at your hotel:((
No handicap ramp or assistance to move the heavy luggage from taxi to lobby. How does an older person or wheelchair enter your hotel??
Hole in front awning that leaked water onto customers as they walk up the Stairs into the hotel.
Staff at front desk was pleasant and helpful. Staff during breakfast not so friendly, seemed to overwhelmed. Maybe more or better training is necessary.
Hotel was NOT worth the cost:(((

I felt very well treated, welcome and the hotel staff was very kind, friendly and willing to help. They addressed all my needs.
The hotel environment was fine and comfortable.
Sao Paulo is a big city and the main problem I had was the time spent in transportation to schools I had to visit. The same situation going to airportsbut that's not a hotel business.
The breakfast was very good.
One thing that I'd recommend would be to have smoking rooms. I'm a smoker and it bothers me to go downstairs to smokeThere may be different solutionsJust to be able to get to the balcony outside the room could have been suitableIt was locked and I couldn't go in

Perfect location near Avenida Paulista, in a region full of bars and restaurants. Recently refurbished rooms look great and are very comfortable.

It's an amazing hotel, with lots of facilities and a delicious breakfast, which can be served in the hotel room. Staff is nice and promptly answered all questions.
