No banheiro a descarga fazia muito barulho (por cerca de 2 minutos), a porta do blindex estava quebrada (quarto 14). No quarto não tem TV. Na geladeira há apenas copos de água e não garrafinhas. Na sala o sofá é bem pequeno e desconfortável. E em nenhum apartamento há microondas. Apesar destes problemas, o atendimento foi bom e respeitoso. Pois o mesmo conseguiu resolver um problema que o próprio hotel cometeu tendo me cobrado 3 diárias sendo que eu reservei 2. O estorno da terceira diária foi efetuado sem muitos problemas.

The location is perfect, near restaurants, markets, park and banks. The receptionist were very attention to details. But the apartment was not the same as I saw on the pictures, the bedroom there's carpet and in the bathroom bathtub. I am allergic to carpet and there is not rooms without. Anyway they should put on the advertise that there is carpet.

Tudo muito limpo, mas precisa de uma modernização nos móveis, banheiros e etc. O quarto tem carpete, algo muito ruim para alérgicos.

Great location. Without breakfast. Every good value of money for over sleeping. Very clean, great people, cozy atmosphere, near paulista avenue.
