I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now for business and it has been great each time. The neighbourhood feels safe to walk around in, even at night, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
I have also ordered the room service quite often and thw food has been great, especially the steaks.response / report this review -

Amazing location and fantastic service. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious. However, food isn't great and the elevator is quite slow and noisy. I usually prefer to stay in lower floors and in rooms farther away from the elevators. Also, bathrooms are a bit small. Anyway, a very good hotel.

Surprisingly comfortable hotel! The bed was fantastic, quiet rooms, shower has good pressure and consistent hot water - not sure what else you could need. Very friendly staff and breakfast is tasty. I will definitely return here.

Quality could be better for the price it costs. Water in the shower was not hot enough depending on the time of the day. Pastries and cakes in the breakfast are not fresh.

Excellent location. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Very good breakfast. Room bathrooms are kinda small. You can rent portable wifi hotspots to take with you.

The hotel was clean, safe, and modern. Hotel and bar staff were very friendly and offered advice on activities for out short stop in Sao Paulo (they also spoke English which was a big plus). Would recommend.

I think the location is one of the most cool locations in São Paulo, I love Itaim! (Parking in the street is almost impossible, you have to find some parking lot). The service is awesome!!! Congratulations for everything!
