Para a categoria de 4 estrelas esperava mais. O banheiro era pequeno só cabia uma pessoa e o banho tinha instabilidade na temperatura. O ar parava de funcionar no meio da noite e o quarto tinha cheiro de umidade.

Good location, room very comfortable and big, with mini kitchen. Breakfast very good and you have to go to the view bar and restaurant, in the top of the building. Only problem was the television, don't work properly and the internet very poor.

Rooms are good, quiet, and clean, and the gym is great. On the downside, the internet connection is apallingly slow which sucks for business travellers.

Great house keeping staff, buffet breakfast is delicious. Outdoor pool area is nice. Rooms are a little dated but nice enough. Close to Paulista. Occasional problems with the internet.

It's a good hotel with large rooms, confortable bed and good roomservice. The breakfast isn't so good than hotel but it's nice.

This is not a real hotel. It is a residential living. Rooms are small and basic. Location is good and quiet safe. There are better options nearby

Rooms are just acceptable. It smells damp, airco barely works, badly maintained and the bathrooms are too small. Beds are good tho.

Breakfast is really simple, but the taste is good. Staff only speaks English at the front desk. Rest of the staff only speaks Portuguese.

There are several nice small restaurants in walking distance to grab a quick bite or a drink.
