  The place is great other than getting a room with windows facing a blank wall, it was great nice spacious rooms and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The gym is well equipped

  Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Room/AC has a swampy, musty smell and the WiFi is terrible. Breakfast buffet surprisingly good. Should offer at least one complementary bottle of water in the room! Best option near the airport, but would not book a long term stay here.

  I've stayed many times at this hotel and the service is always great. It's very well located for business since it's close to the airport but has restaurants and supermarkets near by. The wifi however is always very bad and you get disconnected from it a lot and no matter how much you tell them they cant seem to get it fixed.

  Great experience. Outdoor pool is very nice. Incredible staff, very accommodating for the business traveler. Comfortable beds, excellent climate control and buffet meals. This is my go-to hotel near the airport.

  Good enough. Didn't really feel like Marriott quality though. But it's very close to the airport which is crucial in Sao Paulo where it can take 3-4 hours to get to the airport depending on what part of the city you are coming from. Staying by the airport can be a good idea.

  Nice hotel, close to airport with beautiful and big rooms, warm personnel and delicious buffet diner
  
  but
  - far from every shopping or nice area, nothing to do around if you have to stay several days
  - gym opens late (6 am), when usually Marriott has a 24/24 opened gym
  - pool is outside. beautiful one, but No possibility to enjoy if it's winter time

  Very nice hotel with a friendly and polite staff. Certainly the best option around GRU Airport. Very nice gym, tennis court, a swimming pool and lots of amenities. The room is very comfortable but not so different than any other Marriott. The executive lounge is very convenient too. The area, 10 minutes away from the airport, won't offer much to see or do. Fortunately, the bar and the restaurant inside the hotel are very good and reasonably priced. My only complaint during my stay is that you can still hear some noise from the streets and some maintenance (including a drill) that was executed by midnight disturbing my sleep. Still, I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel if I had to stay in the area again.

  Excellent Marriott. The staff are professional, courteous, and helpful. Everyone we encountered knew at least enough English. Nice room, lobby, and pool.

  Not a great location if you want to see Sao Paulo. It is a great location for the airport with free shuttle running every 30 minutes. The rooms are comfy and food good.

  My overnight flight from Guarulhos was canceled, so United Airlines put us up at the Marriott. The staff was great and most were bilingual, the food was excellent (breakfast and lunch) and we were able to stay in our rooms until the evening when we were pickedup at 6:30pm and taken to the airport.
  
  The room was also quite spacious and comfortable and the courtyard and garden provided a nice view as I enjoyed my meals.
  
  Thanks Marriott and especially the staff for turning an unfortunate situation (flight cancelation) into a pleasant one.
