Good hotel. Pretentious, suspicious staff and I would say useless as well. First impressions were the worst (it looked like they were having the worst day of their lives). We tried to be cordial but it clearly didn't work.
I requested, whilst in the room two items (an extra towel, there was only one despite having booked the room for two people, and a toothbrush) and they said they would provide them, which never happened. There were no apologies, nothing at the end. The hotel itself and its structure is very good for whomever is in transit, and that is it. I wouldn't bother staying again, if longer stay and if you do so wouldn't expect a 4 or 5-star service from staff.

The hotel is really comfortable, and spacious. But the toilet and shower were not well cleaned.
the tiles and glass from the shower were dirty with slime.

Good hotel, very close to the airport. If you are planning to stay more than one night I wouldn’t recommend this hotel since it is a bit far from São Paulo and it take a while to get to the nice places (and expensive). So in summary good hotel recommended for short stays, it has swimming pool, gym, etc.

It's located near to the airport. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The room is really good, specially the bed. The only thing that I wasn't really happy was the breakfast. It should be better

The location is good due to it being close to the airport, the rooms were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was also good.

I stayed in Slaviero only for one night between flights. Reception was very nice, girl was helpfull and friendly. I was looking forward for a good night of sleep.
Next morning I had bug bites all over my back, arm, fingers it is pretty bad!!! I left a complaint and up to now, two days later, nobody contact me to, at least, apologize.
I had to go to a doctor yesterday, I’m taking a medication and using a topic cream. But still looking bad.
I will never go back to this hotel!!!!!

Slaviero Essential at Guarulhos, SP is located in a popular zone, there is no places where to eat and it is an old building. Rooms are normally, bathroom is too small and it has no maintenance for both. Complementary buffet breakfast is served at 1st floor, but the restaurant structure is very old too and walls needs to be fixed. Pool is located at floor 27 but it is too small.

Hotel is fine, it was the homeless cockroaches that filled my sleepless nights with guilt. I mean do they actually live somewhereif you have a cockroach family reunion can you call it a cockfight, and a cockroach with debt does he have a cockbill? It's no poppycock I just think a cockroach without a cockpit is a c.uhm sucker?

It's such an excellent place. It's clean, organized, very comfortable and offer great services. The breakfast is amazing, the jacuzzi is fantastic, they have a polite staff and the location is very good.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, an hotel that calls itself "Executive" is supposed to have areas that allow business people to work, that's not the case here.
No available wall plugs in the bedroom, USB plugs its a dream! not even near the supposed working desk.
The room isn't set for work, the desk is partly occupied by a basket of candy's and chocolates.
There's no business center (only big rooms for conferences) for one to make a call or prepare some work.
There's no computer with printer available for guests.
I had to pay an extra half day for 3 hours, because of a non existent business center, were I would stay and work before leaving to the airport.

Good Hotel, nice clean rooms. Good wifi. Sometimes waiting is little bit long for checking in or out. Food is ok, room service provided. Near by airport, takes 15 minutes.

Everything was good, very good room, very good breakfast, very good transfer to and from the airport but buffet dinner is very expensive for the quality of food you get.

A good hotel with all necessary amenities in a good budget. Location is good and next to a bus station. Rooms are quite spacious for the cost. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff was very helpful in guiding us around the city.
