Nice and Clean!!!
The hotel staff was very nice. The room was quite large and well equipped (microwave oven and small fridge). Since the hotel is close to the Congonhas airport, there is frequent airplane noise, but it didn't bother us. Our child was actually amused by it. There is a small balcony and, if you have children, make sure to ask at the front desk that the staff locks the doors to it. The moema neighborhood is quite calm, but there is no subway station close to the hotel. Overall nice experience, and I will consider it next time we visit São Paulo.
From my point-of-view, the hotel is fine but the staff makes the difference. Those two ladies at the help desk were kind and helpful during my stay. One will never fell uncomfortable or mistreated. Company representatives should learn from Mercure SP Moema staff and management.
Nice hotel, dated but much quieter than others of equal value in the area.
Good service. Decent prize
The Rooms are comfortable, but not very modern. The breakfast was very Good
The hotel is OK. But the great advantage is in its location, on the heart of a central place and close to the park.
Very 'tired' room. Hole in the bathroom ceiling, some stains in the walls and painting looking old, hairdryer works for 2 minutes and then stops because overheating. Not a good experience.
