Fiquei aquí pro Réveillon e gostei muito! Super friendly staff. Perfect location for the (gay) beach in Ipanema. Central to reataurants, shops, and two metro stations. Cleanliness, respect, breakfast, and overall service was great. Obrigado! Xo

We liked it. The staff were friendly. They let us try out Portuguese and were patient with us, but could switch to English if we had difficulty. It was a great location. I don’t think we were supposed to have guests in the room, but they didn’t say anything when we brought some friends up for a couple drinks before going out for the night. The breakfast food was good. It was clean. It wasn’t anything special, but it was a decent, good value hotel experience.

1. Poor internet connection, breaking regularly and in several days
2. Employees not very helpful and careful (e.g. coming in the room without knocking)
